The exact lip combo Margot Robbie wore at the Golden Globes
We’re not sure if it was the (continued) domination of Barbie pink or the fact that Kylie Jenner confirmed that she most definitely is still dating Timothee Chalamet, but the Golden Globes just hit different this year. Don’t believe us? Just take a scroll through the best Golden Globes beauty looks.
And whilst some of our faves were unceremoniously snubbed of awards (read: Taylor Swift and Ryan Gosling), all eyes were on Margot Robbie who most definitely is still in her Barbie era.
Robbie paid homage to her Barbie press tour looks, which were all inspired by iconic Barbie dolls throughout the years. Her chosen Barbie doll inspiration for the Golden Globes? Superstar Barbie (duh).

Robbie’s glam was created by long-time makeup artist Pati Dubroff using – you guessed it – Chanel beauty products. Scroll on for the full product breakdown…
Margot Robbie’s Golden Globes makeup
Dubroff has never been one to gatekeep her flawless glam secrets, and she did us a solid by sharing every product she used to create Robbie’s Golden Globes glam on her Instagram story. And yes, the routine is just as boujee as Robbie’s skin care regimen.
For skin prep, Dubroff used Chanel’s Sublimage Le Soin Perfecteur Priming Moisturiser ($330 at Myer) and La Base Matifiante Perfecting Makeup Primer ($75 at David Jones). She then mixed two shades (BD31 and BD40) of the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation ($98 at Myer) before setting with the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Powder ($98 at David Jones) to create the perfect second-skin coverage for Robbie.
The Chanel Sublimage Le Correcteur Yeux Concealing Eye Care ($141 at Myer) was used to brighten and conceal the under-eye area. And for a sun-kissed glow, Dubroff used the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream in ‘Medium Bronze’ ($91 at David Jones) and limited edition Sublimage Le Concentré Lumière Ultimate Radiance Concentrate (unavailable in Australia).
As for Robbie’s taupe smokey eye, Dubroff used the Stylo Ombre et Contour 3-in-1 Eyeshadow-Liner-Khôl pen in ‘Contour Clair’ ($55 at Myer), keeping the look chic and simple with a coat of the Le Volume de Chanel Mascara in ‘Écorces’ ($61.64 at All Beauty).
Now for the star of the show – the lip combo. Robbie’s perfect pinky-nude lip was created using the 31 Le Rouge Satin Lipstick in ‘Beige’ ($235 at Chanel), topped with the Les Beiges Lip Balm Hydrating in ‘Light’ ($57 at Myer).
And that’s it: a complete breakdown of a Barbie-worthy glam routine.
