Therefore, we figure that when it comes to toning up your backside, the woman probably knows a thing or two. So we were pretty excited when she revealed her butt-toning secret weapon in a recent Instagram story:
Resistance bands on the stair machine!
Stair machines are known for their butt-tightening and leg-toning abilities. In fact, Kim’s little sis Khloe has previously sung the praises of stair machines and incorporates them into her workouts, too.
Pair that with a resistance band for an extra burn and you’ve got yourself a killer combo!
And if that wasn’t enough, the workout gods have truly come through with the goods. Kim’s trainer Melissa Alcantara went one step further and regrammed Kim’s story along with the full deets on the workout.
