Should I moisturise my body every day?

Short answer? Yes, moisturising your body every day is ideal. But look, there's no real wrong answer here. But when trying to keep your skin as hydrated as possible, slathering on an extra layer of moisturiser each day is totally a step in the right direction. If you're only able to manage a few times a week then that's okay too; every little bit is going to help you out in the long run.

What is the difference between body lotion and a moisturiser?

Oh the age old question! And while some people think they're totally interchangeable (and damn we even included a mix in this list), they're definitely not the same. Body lotions are much lighter, often formulated with a high water content, they tend to sink in quicker. Moisturisers, on the other hand, are often thicker creams formulated with heavier, richer nourishing ingredients.
