Affordable dupes for r.e.m beauty’s best-selling products
Ariana Grande’s r.e.m Beauty just dropped its latest collection – chapter 4: out of body. Among the lineup is the highly anticipated Sweetener concealer, which has come with a slew of TikTok first impressions (spoiler: it looks amazing).
And look, while we could spend $140 on r.e.m Beauty products in order to qualify for free shipping to get our hands on the stuff, we’d rather find some convincing dupes in Australia that do the job just as well for half the price.
Sorry Ariana, but we like to keep our options open…
r.e.m Beauty Sweetener Concealer dupe
Okay first things first, let’s talk about the r.e.m Beauty Sweetener Concealer ($40 at r.e.m beauty). It may have only just been released but it’s already gained positive reviews and traction thanks to its high coverage and creamy formula with a creaseless finish.
Given it’s so new to the market there’s not a lot of info circulating about where to get plausible dupes, but upon close inspection the NYX Bare With Me Concealer Serum ($24.95 at NYX) bears a striking resemblance in terms of coverage and finish.
r.e.m Beauty Interstellar Highlighter Topper dupe
The r.e.m Beauty Interstellar Highlighter Topper ($37 at r.e.m Beauty) in the shade ‘Miss Neptune’ gives us heart palpitations. It's so stunning. The iridescent lilac shimmer it leaves on cheeks is unmatchable — or so we thought.
Turns out, the SHEGLAM Chroma Zone Multichrome Highlighter-Lucid ($8.95 at SHEIN) sheaths cheekbones in a similar purplish hue, only this stuff is infused with a showstopping tinge of platinum. Meaning whenever you move, this chromatic-coloured highlighter moves too.
r.e.m Beauty At The Borderline Eyeliner Marker dupe
If you’re on TikTok, then you’ve probably seen Ariana Grande absolutely body winged eyeliner, subsequently inspiring and setting fear into us all.
Want to achieve similar results without the r.e.m Beauty At The Borderline Eyeliner Marker ($32 at r.e.m beauty) on hand? The Morphe Liquid Liner in ‘Black Out’ ($18 at Morphe) has stellar reviews thanks to its opaque, ultra-black finish, and fluid formula which makes painting on even the finest of lines a breeze.
r.e.m Beauty Midnight Shadows Lustrous Liquid Eyeshadow dupe
While we highly doubt we’ll ever find a dupe for the ‘Fembot’ shade of the r.e.m Beauty Midnight Shadows Lustrous Liquid Eyeshadow ($27 at r.e.m beauty), the shade ‘Milky Way’ is just as mesmerising. And the SEPHORA COLLECTION 12H Intensity + Comfort Care Liquid Eyeshadow ($21 at Sephora) in the shade ‘Flash Marble’ is basically its budget-friendly twin sister.
r.e.m Beauty Utmost Importance Plumping Lip Gloss dupe
Nothing gets us excited quite like a clear lip gloss. It’s just a universally flattering and classic choice when it comes to makeup.
We especially love the pout-plumping effects of the r.e.m Beauty Utmost Importance Plumping Lip Gloss ($29 at r.e.m beauty). What we’re not over the moon about, though, is how intense that ‘plumping’ feeling can be. Enjoy a similar slick of clear gloss with the peppermint-infused Makeup Revolution Pout Bomb Plumping Gloss ($10 at Revolution Beauty), minus the irritation.
Sometimes we’re after alternatives to products because they’re simply not available downunder. That’s why we’ve made a full list of Rhode Skin dupes.
