A huge makeup collaboration has been announced

UPDATE: Finally, the lipstick shades for the Balmain x L’Oréal Paris collaboration have been revealed! L’Oréal Paris have unveiled every one of the lipsticks, along with their names, on their Instagram. The 12 lipsticks have been separated into three ‘tribes’: Couture Tribe, Glamazone Tribe and Rock Tribe, and across the collection you’ll find a variety of shades ranging from deep purples and blues to dark reds and metallic pinks.

In a huge announcement, two influential brands in fashion and beauty have announced their collaboration on a new project. Beauty heavyweight L'Oréal Paris and couture fashion house, Balmain (regularly worn by the likes of Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley), are joining forces to create a capsule makeup collection.

Rousteing designed the limited edition collection, with the shades, package design and ad campaigns set to be revealed ahead of Paris Fashion Week in September. The cult lipstick product, L'Oréal Paris Color Riche is being reinterpreted in three new colour themes, resulting in 12 new shades. A lipstick jewel edition will also be released, showcasing three star shades.

The limited edition collection will go on sale at the beginning of September 2017 and will be available from selected L’Oréal Paris and Balmain Paris stores.
