When you’ve got a boss breathing down your neck, an overflowing inbox and a never-ending list of life-admin to attend to, it’s unlikely you have a spare hour to spend smashing out a home-workout. But what if we told you all you needed was a few minutes and an Instagram account?
Via her personal account, fitness queen Kayla Itsines has shared a 100 rep core challenge that’s guaranteed to get you sweating.
“To Ladies looking for a quick and challenging core workout, I’ve got you covered,” she captioned the video.
“To complete this challenge, you can choose the level of difficulty that best suits you. The aim is to complete 10 sets of 10 reps with a 10-second rest in between. 🙌 If you want to really challenge yourself, try doing 100 reps in a row with no rest! You’ve got this!”
On the menu? Alternating bent knee raises (for beginners), ab bikes (for those at an intermediate level) and bent leg jackknifes (for the advanced folk.)
“Challenge yourself or your workout buddy and add this to the end of your next workout.”
Honestly, our abs are on fire just watching this!
