Anyone else’s day-to-day routine currently involve floating from one room to another, eating and wearing a blanket as a cape (optional).
Forming some kind of exercise routine when you’re stuck at home with zero equipment (or motivation) is HARD. Because let’s be honest – it’s way easier to curl up on the sofa, watch Netflix and eat a whole jar of Biscoff.

To keep you moving, Men’s Health is running workouts on Instagram Live (@menshealthau) every day at 5.30pm AEST. You can train with some of Australia’s most iconic athletes and the biggest names in fitness, like Stephanie Rice, Mick Fanning and Zach Vickers for FREE. Pretty awesome.

Barry’s workouts aren’t for the faint-hearted, but there’s never been a better time to try it! Barry's Bootcamp is holding regular Instagram live stream classes, so you can have a crack at the signature hardcore HIIT workouts without needing to leave home. You don't need anything to workout, just yourself – which is ideal if you don’t have a cupboard full of equipment.

One of Sydney’s fave fitness and yoga studios is now live streaming 65 classes per week with all of their favourite trainers, allowing Flow Athletic members to workout in real time with each other. Want to train with a world champion boxer for free? Of course you do! Four-time world champ Danny Green is taking to Facebook Live each week with 12RND Fitness, to take your through a live boxing masterclass. He’ll teach you a new boxing technique every Wednesday and take you through a 45-minute boxing and strength workout you can follow from home. Tune in on Facebook Live every Wednesday at 6pm AEST.

Tune into Soul Alive’s live stream meditation service, led by Luke McLeod (you may know him from The Bachelorette). Classes are delivered via Instagram Live through the private @soulalive account. Tune in at 8:30pm AEST every Monday and Wednesday or take a break from your screen and take part in the 15-minute lunchtime sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm AEST. It’s the perfect way to de-stress and settle your mind during these hectic times.

Want to get the kids involved? Sam Wood and his family have been hosting free weekday workouts for families via Facebook Live. In the first three weeks 28 by Sam Wood had over one million families participate – yep, pretty crazy. And it won’t take you a whole heap of time – they’re 28-minute workouts, so you can easily fit one into your lunch break during the day. FYI: Tuesdays and Thursdays are the kid-friendly days.
