Fantastic powder to keep the shine and "glow" under control. It is very fine and goes on easily and well. I love the clean fresh look it gives me without any cakey residue.

my favourite powder EVER! I love the 'no-makeup' makeup look and this finishing powder fulfils that perfectly! I love taking it in my bag when to use when it is getting towards the end of the night. Completely covers any oily areas yet it has a very subtle and natural look. The colour matches perfectly to my skin as well It is great for a full coverage look but also amazing for a more natural look. I pair it with some concealer, mascara and blush and I'm good to go! Definitely, recommend!

This is a very smooth powder that feels lightweight on the skin, perfect for a natural look. It blurs imperfections and minimises shine really well. If you have oily skin, with some touch-ups throughout the day, it'll keep it ooking nice and fresh. Only gripe is the packaging feeling and looking very cheap. Other than that it's a really nice powder!

This is a nice finishing powder. I have very oily skin, and it helps to keep my skin matte for most of the day. While it's matte, it doesn't look flat on the face. When oil does eventually come through, it does so evenly without breaking up the foundation in patches. It is great to use to set foundation, as its not a heavy powder. It can be applied over and over without looking cakey on the skin. 

COVERGIRL Outlast All-Day Matte Finishing Powder The Covergirl Outlast All Day Matte Finishing Powder comes in three different shades. On this occasion, I used Shade 810 Fair to Light. I have light skin and since it’s my winter shade at the moment this finishing powder was my perfect skin. For an all day look it is recommended to use the finishing powder in conjunction with the Covergirl 3 in 1 Foundation. The Powder is said to absorbs oil and controls shine and instantly hides imperfections. So how did it stack up? I personally have dry to normal skin, so I do not have an issue with shine in general, though did not experience any shine with this product. The compact container is perfect for touch ups on the go and would assist those who do experience shine or have oilier skin types. My shade was a little fair to use on its own, though paired with the Foundation it was able to set and extend the lifespan of my make-up, so I believe in the recommendation to use with the 3 in 1 foundation. I found the Outlast All Day Matte Finishing Powder from Covergirl to be a silky, lightweight, smooth and provided a perfect matte finish. Most importantly I felt like I was in my own skin, it felt and looked radiant and natural. Directions for usage are: Use the powder applicator and starting on the apples of your cheeks, apply in a circular motion lightly rolling outward toward the hairline, avoiding the eyelids. To prevent a chalky finish, sweep off excess with a large powder brush. Pros: lightweight, natural looking, minimises shine, matte look without being dry or cakey and great for touch ups

The finishing powder is packaged in a larger than expected plastic compact with a clear lid. Underneath the cover is a small circle mirror which is handy for on-the-go touch ups. The packaging is slightly cheap looking. The "Covergirl Outlast All Day" label is a large red dot sticker which I can't help think but reminds of a red dot clearance sticker. I trialled the finishing powder in Fair to Light and found that it was an excellent match for my skintone. The powder is really featherweight light and so finely milled. I used a big fluffy powder brush or a stippling brush to brush this all over my face and honestly could not tell at all that I had any on my face. I had to closely check in the mirror a few times to make sure that I was actually applying any powder. Even on my face you could hardly tell that I had any powder on which was really pleasing as it didn't leave a cakey powdery finish.  I have dry skin so I don't really use the product as a mattifying powder however I found it very effective as a setting powder and ensured that products stayed in its place and didn't run around by end of day. I also used this with BB cream as my base and similarly experienced a positive result. I felt this powder was really good quality and did not have a lot of fall out in the pan which was quite impressive. However with only two shades to choose from, this may pose a problem with other beauties, however I was fortunate that the Fair shade was a good match for me. The compact also comes with a powder puff but I did not use it as I prefer to apply it with a brush instead. It may be better suited for touch ups during the day to keep with your compact in your purse.

The Covergirl matte finishing powder is a great travelling compact which helps me keep my skin looking fresh and oil free all day long. It is purely matte and allows my skin to breathe while I'm wearing it. It doesn't make my skin cakey or look like I'm wearing a powder, instead my face looks natural, clean and shine free. It's a great compact to carry away in my makeup bag for easy touch ups using the supplied sponge applicator. It works best when my skin feels extra oily or if I'm running around on a hot day.  This Covergirl compact doesn't irritate my skin or make it feel powdery. It is non drying and is a perfect matte powder which gives a smooth clear finish to my skin.  Pros: Affordable  Non irritating Matte finish Cons: Requires touch ups on days when I'm really busy and feel extra shiny or sweaty Recommendation:  This compact powder provides an even smooth matte finish and would suit anyone who wants a compact powder which is non drying. If your skin is on the drier side, use a light touch and don't apply layers of this powder so it doesn't make your skin look cakey. 

I love this gorgeous matte finishing powder. it sets makeup really well and decreases shine, making makeup last all day with a professional looking finish. Covergirl really knows makeup and their products always deliver great results. This product feels so light to wear and gives my foundation a natural matte finish without looking cakey and clogging pores. the powder is super fine and soft. The great sponge applicator is so easy to use and i love the addition of a mirror, a huge plus for touchups. The compact is user friendly, a really great product that I highly recommend to control oil and shine and give a professional finish

COVERGIRL Outlast All-Day Matte Finishing Powder is as the name says a matte lightweight finishing powder.   No one wants to look like an oily mess, so for the day when my skin is a little on the oily side I need to keep it under control with a matte finishing powder.   The compact is travel friendly, and the lid clicks firmly shut. It comes with a mirror and a sponge applicator, but I prefer to apply this finishing powder with one of my make up brushes.   The powder is finely milled, and when you apply this lightly, you cannot tell you are wearing a finishing powder because it is so natural looking.   This finishing powder can be worn over foundation to help set it or by itself when you need a little extra help to stop yourself from looking shiny.   When worn with foundation, the finishing powder helps make my foundation look flawless, and keep my skin from being shiny all day. If needed, it’s easy to carry the compact around for touch up throughout the day.   Overall, I am impressed with how natural and gentle this finishing powder is on my skin.   Pros: - very lightweight -natural looking - minimises shine - matte look without being dry or cakey - great for touch ups
