La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+

When i say i tried this on everything i certainly did. From my 10yr old with a burn on his leg to my 6 year olds wind dried lips to my 1 year olds nappy rash.. This cream hydrates while creating a protective barrier at the same time. It is soft and smooth once rubbed into the area. It does not leave an oily residue as some can and it was so easy to spread Compared to things like sudo cream and bepanthan. There is no sticky residue, if left not completely rubbed in then within a few minutes the cream soaks into the skin very nicely. Areas i used it on that have scared i feel have not done so as badly as they would have if i did not use any product, which definately makes me a happy mum because boys and their bumps and cuts are at an all time high for this house and im so relieved to know we have something to reduce the nasty. I feel this product is something that can replace so many in my house and given the price it is certainly something i will 100% be buying and keeping in my house.

The La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 is perfect for the whole family! The texture is soft, fast absorbing and just no fuss. It's so smooth and noticeable effect on dry skin. Everyone in my family has dry and sensitive skin. This is very hydrating, has helped us with the dry skin (especially as it's winter in Melbourne!). I have not reacted to the baume so it really is great for sensitive skin. There's no strong scent and it's overall really effective. I would definitely repurchase and highly recommend!

I have been using this product through winter and have found it to be so versatile and useful! It’s soft and hydrating and also really great at healing cracked skin. I do have sensitive skin and found the product to be gentle and calming - as I’m currently trying to repair my skin barrier. I have also found myself using it on my lips which is also super helpful! It is also buildable, so for dryer areas like elbows and knees it’s great to add a bit extra. I would say this product could replace at least 5 others in your skincare collection for sure.

I recently did a trail for this la Roche posay product called, la Roche-posay cicaplast baume b5+ and when I tell you this product is god sent I’m not even kidding!!! This cream has turned my dry red skin into most hydrated and fresh it has been in years. I used my normal skincare routine, washing my face with a cleanser then going in with my oil drops and now this stuff and my skin is amazing, I will be buying this product for the rest of my life it’s that good haha. I love that this product can be used for not only myself but can also be used on my babies dry skin. Packaging in nice as well and is a really well priced product. I’d rate this product a 10/10 for sure.

I started trying this balm for my dry skin especially being out in the winter, it worked very quickly to moisturise and I could feel a difference almost right away. The actual cream felt really nice to use and didn’t feel like it was sitting on top of my skin which I find common in these types of products. It also didn’t leave any oily residue which is another thing I avoid and worked well under my makeup. After using it for about a week I could see a difference in how my face skin after washing and was pleasantly surprised. Overall it worked well and I would recommend as a good go to for dry skin!

I have acne prone oily skin so was a bit hesitant about the shea butter in it. But I was pleasantly surprised. It’s amazing product! It’s thick, hydrating and nourishing. Makes my skin feel sooo supple and soft. I use it morning and night. Reduced redness I had from acne and new scars. Smells great as well. I highly recommend everyone have this in their skincare routine, it’s quickly become a holy grail for me! It’s perfect for all skin types including kids! Cicaplast Baume is the only cream that I can use of my face without breaking out. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy or oily. I have very sensitive skin. This is my go to. It is perfect for hydrating dry to very dry skin. Cicaplast Baume can be used daily I have been using it twice daily and noticed a huge difference with the condition of my skin. Citaplast Baume can be used on the whole family and is safe for babies 3 months and over. It is Lanolin free Fragrance free and white mark free. If you need a cream that can be used for a multitude of issues such as roughness, dry patches, extreme dryness, post procedure skin (such as IPL, laser,peels) give Citaplast Baume B5 + a try you will be pleasantly surprised

This is a HG and must have in my skincare routine for all sorts of skin maladies - irritation, dry skin, much needed moisturiser, cracked lips, you name it! As with most French products, LRP Cicablast excels at effect and simple skin care - it is thick but smooth so application is amazing. I am loving the B5+ as well as the new sustainable packaging. This came as a trial in time for some winter dryness that I was drying to combat which made my skin flakey and red - B5+ did the job calming that down as always - this is a product I'd repurchase again and again and recommend to my friends! Can't say there is much not to like.

This magic cream/balm is so versatile, it’s one of those products that you just know will become a staple you can’t live without. I’ve been using it through the last stages of pregnancy and first couple of weeks post-partum and it has been incredible for my hormonal, rosacea prone skin. It’s so soothing and moisturising and has kept my skin hydrated through harsh winter weather and heating. I’ve used it on both face and body. I’ve also heard it works amazingly for soothing skin when using harsher products like retinol so look forward to trialling this once I reintroduce this after pregnancy. Definitely something I will purchase time and time again.

Honestly this is such an amazing product for dry skin on face and all over the body I used it mostly on my legs and they looked so much better after just a few uses, I used it for acne and it healed it up quite well, healing things like scrapes all the way to healing fresh tattoos. It works great on the kids when they get a scrape or a bite we had absolutely no issues with stinging sensations or anything. Definitely a great overall product for the family. The only thing I didn’t like is that it does feel quite greasy but in my opinion very worth it. Despite that I will 100% be buying this long term.

I was super excited to be gifted this via Beauty crew as it is a favourite of mine! I think I’ve been through at least 2 tubes plus I have one tube also dedicated to my children as it benefits them too! A brilliant nourishing balm and skin product. I have been using this for the past three weeks and it effectively calms my red, itchy, irritated, sensitive and sore skin so well. I've adored every product I've used from La Roche-Posay and their Cicaplast range, so it's no surprise this is another total winner. I have sensitive, dehydrated, temperamental skin, and my face drank this product up. It was easy to apply, and I loved the texture. It was effortless to do a light layer, or build up on the days where my skin needed more love, and it worked really well in conjunction with everything else in my routine, whether it was serums, treatments, or masks. I also use prescription skincare for acne, which can cause extreme dryness and piling, but sandwiching it with the Cicaplast Baume mitigated all those side effects and ensured no redness - total power duo. I also struggle with winter eczema on and in-between my fingers, and this helped lock in moisture and soothe the outbreaks to heal quicker, easily forming a protective barrier. I would absolutely purchase again, especially for the price - it really does punch above its weight. I have already recommended this product to several of my family and friends, particularly those with troubled skin.

A generous sized tube of thick white cream that does leave a white cast (despite described), so I'd recommend for night only. It locks and seals in moisture and provides a protective barrier, so I use it as my last product. One of the challenges with this cream is figuring how out to use it properly. The provided instructions are brief, but a quick skim of other reviews online will show that it's not supposed to be used as a regular moisturiser, but more of a barrier cream. It is on the pricier side for such a cream, but packed with skin helpful ingredients. I didn't experience any stinging and the texture was smooth, so this is great for those with irritated skin. I will mention that it does have a plastic/PVA glue-like smell though, but it's not really noticeable after a short while. The bulk sizing of this product means I feel I don't have to skimp when applying. I also found it helped to calm red inflamed active pimples, but didn't really do anything on whitehead type pimples. It had some superficial effect on my general facial redness, but didn't seem to repair it.
