The skin care routine that keeps Paris Hilton looking so youthful
She learned everything she knows from her mum
Paris Hilton broke the Internet and blew our minds when she revealed on the Zach Sang Show podcast earlier this month that her youthful appearance is the result of strictly non-invasive skin solutions.
"I feel really proud that I'm all natural," she shared with Sang, going on to say that she's too scared of needles to try anything but skin care, facials, and gentle-on-skin treatments.
However, according to the 43 year old, all credit should go to her mother, Kathy Hilton, who gave her a thorough skin care education from a very young age.
"My mum told me when I was eight years old, 'Paris, stay out of the sun', and then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine," she explained to the podcast host. "So I’ve literally been doing that since [I was] eight."
"I’ve also built a spa in my house called the Sliving Spa. It has the most epic LED lights, hydrafacial machines, hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy. It’s basically a real spa," she went on to say.
"All my spare time is for my babies, so instead of running around to all these different places for beauty, I never have to leave my house," the mum of two explained to Allure in May. "I’ll have a friend come over to catch up over treatments or my husband will come down and we’ll do facials and talk. It’s a great place to hang out."
What skin care does Paris Hilton use?
Although, we can't all afford to house a clinic's worth of skin tech in our own homes, that doesn't mean we can't learn a thing or two from Hilton's dedication to her skin.
Her skin care routine has typically been flooded with cosmeceutical grade skin care from friend and facialist of 20 years, Angela Nice, and in 2018 Hilton actually developed her own line of caviar and diamond-infused luxury skin care.
But she's also open to using products from more accessible brands like Dr. Barbara Sturm and U Beauty, both of which were founded by close and personal friends of hers, and she doesn't mind an old school beauty hack either.
"If I have something like a photo shoot coming up, I like to take a big bowl and put ice and water in it and then just put my face in it for like 30 seconds at a time," Hilton told WWW in 2022. "It really helps me feel refreshed and makes your skin look beautiful and less puffy."

"U Beauty is my favourite. They came out with this new product, immortal jellyfish. It’s their newest product, which I’m obsessed with, The BARRIER Bioactive Treatment," Hilton gushed to Marie Claire in 2022.
"So every morning, I use U Beauty’s The Barrier Bioactive Treatment — you can use it as a mask or a moisturiser, and the formula is inspired by the immortal jellyfish, and it basically reverses aging in your skin," she explained in an interview with WWW in the same year. "It’s really, really amazing technology."

from $66.83 at Cult Beauty
"I love these, Barbara is one of my friends," Hilton told Harper's Bazaar in 2019. "I only used to use my skincare line but her skincare line is amazing as well so I love using this, and the pollution drops are great, especially in Los Angeles with all the pollution, it's important just to make sure that your skin stays perfect and pollution-free."
FOREO IRIS™ Eye Massager
from $119.50 at Shaver Shop
Hilton swears by this viral eye massager after applying her eye cream.
"It really just gets the product in," she told Harper's Bazaar. "It's good to always do this for lymphatic drainage and then you pull it down the side of your face and then down your neck."
"I do this every morning and every night before bed and it just really gets the product in as much as possible," she explained.
ToGoSpa Green Tea EYES
from $15 at Amazon
"If I don’t have to be glammed up, I’ll put on ToGoSpa eye patches throughout the day and throw my hair in a bun drenched in Living Proof, they have this amazing reparative Restore Conditioner ($52.20 from Oz Hair & Beauty). I try to do as many masks as possible, because I work almost every day and it’s a lot on my skin and my hair," Hilton explained to Allure in 2022.
Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Drops
from $66.83 at Cult Beauty
"I love the Barbara Sturm Glow Drops," Hilton told Harper's Bazaar in February. Omnilux Contour LED Mask
from $490 from Endota
Although she's got a clinical grade Omnilux LED machine in her Sliving Spa, Hilton still rates the convenience of the brand's Contour LED Mask for daily use.
"I do 10 minutes in the morning, and then 10 minutes at night, and I’ve noticed such a difference. My skin is glowing," she raved to Marie Claire.
U Beauty The Super Hydrator

"I love U Beauty. Their Super Hydrator is amazing. I use that every single night and morning," Hilton told Glamour in 2021. It contains U Beauty's proprietary HYDRA-SIREN Capsule technology, which helps to deliver water to the deeper layers of the skin.

Paris Hilton's not the only celebrity who's been influenced by a skin care obsessed family member. Elizabeth Olsen's skin care routine is full of products her older sisters recommended.
