The Aussie brand Blake Lively wore to the CFDA Awards
After the release of Blake Lively's hair brand Blake Brown, we've been fully focused on her luscious locks.
But the Gossip Girl actress recently hit the red carpet for the CFDA Awards and a few items in her makeup artist's kit caught our eye.
Carolina Gonzalez shared a full breakdown of Lively's bronzed beat via Instagram, and to our surprise, among a hoard of Giorgio Armani products, we spotted Australian skin care brand Rationale in the line up.
Keen to know which Rationale picks made it into the 37 year old's red carpet makeup bag? Keep scrolling to get the full product breakdown.
The exact products Blake Lively wore to the CFDA Awards
1/ The skin care regimen
To prep Lively's skin, Gonzalez used the illuminating Rationale #3 The Tinted Serum SPF50+ ($204 from Rationale) to enhance her already luminous complexion. Then she applied a healthy layer of the Rationale #2 The Light Crème ($202 from Rationale), and massaged it into the actress' combination skin with the Bio Therapeutic BT-Sculpt ($671.49 from Amazon Australia).
2/ The complexion products
If we had to describe Lively's makeup look with just one word it would be 'sunkissed'. The 37 year old looked like she'd been on holiday in some sunny locale, but we know that her makeup artist is the real secret behind her bronzed complexion. Gonzalez used a combination of the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in the shades '5.75' and '7' ($115 from Sephora) and the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Concealer in '5.25', '5.75', and '7' ($75 from Sephora) to unify her skin tone, and create a natural-looking contour. Then she added some warmth back into the makeup with a few drops of the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Glow Liquid Bronzer in '100' (not available in Australia) buffed onto the high points of the face.
3/ The accents
To accentuate Lively's natural flush Gonzalez added a pop of colour to her cheeks using the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Cheek Tint in '62' ($70 from Sephora). Then she used the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Glow Fusion Powder ($145 from Sephora) in three shades ('4', '8', and '9') to set each area of the face without flattening the colour. For example, she used a darker shade of powder to set Lively's bronzer to enhance the colour rather than to hide it under a veil of makeup. After she'd finished setting her makeup, Gonzalez applied a few coats of the Giorgio Armani Eyes To Kill Classico Mascara ($69 from MYER) to enhance Lively's naturally full lashes.
4/ The finishing touches
Gonzalez completely blew our minds when she used a few shades of the Giorgio Armani Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadow ($60 from Sephora) to line her lips as well as accentuate her eyes. The makeup artist used a mixture of the shades '12S', '18m', '20m', '30m', and '36m' to get the job done. Then she filled the centre of Lively's lips with the Giorgio Armani Lip Power in '103' ($73 from David Jones) and softly contoured the outer edges of her pout with the Giorgio Armani Lip Power Matte in '207' ($121.93 from Yes Style).

Blake Lively's makeup artist may use a lot of products to perfect a pout, but Anna Paul's lip combo is very simple by comparison.
