Margot Robbie recently attended the premiere of her new film Dreamland, looking like an actual 1960s silver screen star. And we’re swooning over ALL of this:
Just look at her! From the blunt-cut long hair to the chunky Twiggy-esque mascara and eyeliner, Margot is a total vision of the throwback variety.
We couldn’t be more on board with Margot’s new look if we tried. And although we risk sounding like know-it-alls, we can’t say we’re surprised at the change.
Margot’s other upcoming film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, is set in 1969 and the promotional materials we’ve spotted so far have featured Margot rocking pretty much this exact same hairstyle.
It’s being released on 26th July this year and stars Margot as the late actress, model and Charles Manson victim, Sharon Tate. We think she’s the most convincing on-screen look-a-like for Sharon Tate we’ve seen so far. Take a look for yourself.
Considering that Margot was sporting shoulder-length only three months ago at the SAG awards, we have a feeling her new length is all thanks to a good set of hair extensions.
It’s not the first time Margot has experimented with hair extensions. The star has previously admitted that she has naturally fine hair and uses clip-in extensions to give her hair extra oomph for events.
