Mandy Moore has ditched her brunette hair

Mandy Moore has just unveiled her brand new blonde hair - and her transformation has us inspired to try an ombre hair colour for a new-season change-up (yes, it’s autumn this week peeps).

In one of her most dramatic hair transformations to date, Mandy showed off her gorgeous dirty blonde ombre locks in an Instagram post alongside her hairstylist and close friend, Ashley Streicher.

Mandy wrote: “I’m slowly morphing into @streicherhair. Now if I could only master those ‘cool girl’ waves all on my own."

While the new chop was thanks to Streicher, colourist Tracey Cunningham was the woman behind Mandy’s fresh new hue.

Both hairstylists are known for working with an A-list of celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Biel and Alison Brie.

The reason behind Mandy’s new look? After rocking her signature brunette tresses for quite a while, it appears she was itching for a change after the wrap-up of television series This Is Us.

“And yes, I wasted no time changing up my hair as sooooon as wrapped up the season on #thisisus. As you do…” 

There’s no denying the bubbly beauty can pull off *any* look and her newest hair makeover is no exception - we’re seriously fangirling over her chic new sun-kissed ‘do.
