The celebrity hair makeovers you missed this weekend

So a WHOLE lot of celebrity hair transformations just happened in one weekend and we’re still trying to process everything.

From long to short and back to long, it seems the celebs are soaking up the spirit of spring with some fresh new locks.

Exhibit A: Selena Gomez. Yep. She changed her hair AGAIN and we officially can’t keep up. After revealing her edgy new undercut just last week, Selena has unveiled another new ‘do over the weekend in the form of a cute-as-heck bob.

Shared by celebrity makeup artist and the king of winged eyeliner Hung Vanngo, Selena’s new chop is complete with the most perfect set of bangs ever. She’s officially giving us serious short hair envy.

Another celeb sporting a fresh chop is Mila Kunis. She debuted her new stylish asymmetrical bob over the weekend, courtesy of her hairstylist Chad Wood. The actress traded in her signature long hair for a chic lob last year, but it looks like this shoulder-skimming number could be her shortest ‘do in a while.

Longer at the front and shorter at the back, the angled bob is a fresh take on the classic and it’s all the inspiration you need if you’re looking for a subtle yet super-stylish change. And goddamn, is it just us or is that S-wave shape absolutely magical?!

Iggy Azalea also joined the hair makeover tribe, debuting a dramatic new hairstyle that was a stark change from her long blonde hair that she’s had for, like, forever. How did she change things up? With a peroxide blonde bob. Because if you’re going to make a change, it might as well be a MAJOR one.

Showing off her short new hairstyle on her Instagram story on Friday, Iggy parted her new blonde bob at the side in a stylish wet-look finish. She also shared a short Instagram video of her chopped locks on the ground, captioning the clip, “Clearly I’ve gone insane.”

No Iggy, we think it’s a stroke of beautiful genius.

Next up, Kelly Clarkson. She totally transformed her look with lighter locks and a full set of bangs, showing off her brand new ‘do in a to-die-for topknot at a charity event.

While the singer has bounced from brown to blonde over the past few months, this almost-platinum coloured look would have to be our favourite yet.

To wrap up what was a super busy weekend of beauty transformations, J.Lo wowed with the longest hair we think we’ve seen in a long time – maybe ever – stepping out with some EPIC hair extensions at the Latin Billboard Music Awards.

All thanks to celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton, the whopping 50-inch long hair extensions were seriously a new level of drama. She looked like Rapunzel and she totally killed it.
