What they loved about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Brilliantly Brighter Shampoo

The way the product worked: Many reviewers loved that the product cleaned their hair without stripping it of moisture.
The scent of the product: Most Review Crew® members commented that the product left their hair smelling nice and clean.

Good to know

Some members also noted that you only need to use a little bit of product at a time as the product foams up easily.

The verdict:

This shampoo delivers all its promises with a bang! Soft, smooth, manageable hair which just shines - I look like I just came out of the salon. I love this product and so does my hair.

I really like this shampoo - it makes my hair feel brighter and so soft and smooth and the smell is lovely. Also I noticed I didn't have to use a lot of shampoo, it worked - lathers into my hair quite nicely. Would definitely recommend this shampoo for all the blondes out there.

How it softened hair: Many members noticed a difference in their hair - they felt it was smoother and softer after washing.
How it made their hair look: Reviewers also loved that the product made their colour brighter and more vibrant after use.

Good to know

For those with hair that’s dry or more heavily colour-treated, then you may need to use a deep conditioning mask on alternating days to boost moisture.

The verdict:

When used with the matching shampoo, it makes blonde hair brighter, shinier and healthier. I do notice a change in tone in my hair, it is more shimmery too, and looks beautiful in the direct sunlight. I recommend this product to all blonde girls as not only does it nourish the hair it also makes it look silky, soft and very shiny.

What they loved about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Brilliantly Brighter Blonde Perfecting Treatment

The way it brightened hair: Despite its unique yellow (rather than the common violet-toned) formula, many reviewers were surprised to see that the product worked well in correcting brassiness in hair.
How easy it was to use: A few members also made mention that the product was easy to use and instructions were simple to follow.

Good to know

Some members felt that the product didn’t detangle, so a conditioner was needed afterwards.

The verdict

I was a little bit apprehensive at trailing this product initially, but I have to say that I was pretty happy with the results of this treatment on my hair! I definitely found that once I'd blow dried my hair, there was an added shimmer and glisten to my hair. I also found that my hair felt smooth and silky after use.

The texture is pretty much what you'd expect - but it's the after-feel that makes this product so great. It manages to smooth and bind the hair, making it feel thicker and healthier. This is the first product I've used that I've found a true difference in the texture my hair over time.
