How to make Hailey Bieber's viral skin smoothie at home
When it comes to Hailey Bieber, we guess you could say we’re a little bit obsessed.
The poster child for all things ‘clean girl’, Hailey Bieber’s makeup, glazed donut skin and glazed donut nails have infiltrated our feeds (and perhaps a dream or two) for better or worse.
So you’ll imagine how quickly our interest piqued when we saw TikTokers taking to the kitchen, blender in hand, to recreate the Rhode Skin founder’s signature ‘skin-supporting’ smoothie.
The beverage in question is called ‘Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie’ and was created in partnership with L.A. based Erewhon Market as a limited edition promotional offer in conjunction with Rhode Skin’s US launch in June.
But what’s in it exactly?

“We've teamed up with @haileybieber to create the yummiest skin supporting smoothie: Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie,” Erewhon shared via Instagram.
“It's jam packed with wellness supporting ingredients: @malkorganics almond milk, @harrysberries strawberries, @vitalproteins vanilla collagen, @neocell hyaluronic acid, @zumavalley coconut cream, @erewhonmarket sea moss gel, avocado, maple syrup, dates, and housemade strawberry glaze.”

While Erewhon hasn’t dropped exact ingredient measurements, that hasn’t stopped people from doing it themselves. Most of the ingredients are easy enough to grab on your next trip to Woolies, though some DIYers have found that sea moss gel and ingestible hyaluronic acid are elusive to say the least.
There’s been some creative licence with ingredient substitution too, with folks opting for raspberries over strawberries and bananas in lieu of a protein supplement. Regardless, the results have been entertaining and subsequently left our mouths watering.
Surprisingly, the smoothie has sparked a viral TikTok trend, and even Mindy Kaling has thrown her hat in the ring with a creation all her own, because (in her words) she doesn’t want “to be the only one not drinking a smoothie that turns you into Hailey Bieber.”
Chasing the dream of becoming Mrs Bieber like Mindy Kaling? This is Hailey Bieber’s skin care routine – you’re welcome.
