Chloe Morello reveals her most dramatic hair change yet

As far as OG beauty influencers and YouTubers go, Chloe Morello is one of Australia’s best. And while sharing hundreds of makeup hacks over the years, her hair has gone through just as many changes, from fringes to bronde, bobs, and even an unfortunate horrible haircut.

One mainstay, however, is that she usually sticks to the brunette family. But in her biggest hair transformation yet, Morello has gone a completely different colour… say hello to copper Chloe.

Enlisting the help of Goldwell and Harry Josh (who also does hair for the likes of Giselle Bündchen), Morello shared the entire makeover process to her Instagram. 

The team of experts started by removing her dark hair colour and “correcting the canvas” to a light red before enhancing it with a rich copper gold colour — a mixture of Goldwell Colorance in ‘9KG’ and ‘7KG’ (both $18.95 at amr.com.au) to be exact.

Once the colour was looking reminiscent of Jessica Chastain’s, a cut was next. And as if going red wasn’t a bold enough choice, Morello also copped a brand-new fringe. “I feel like a French muse,” she said once the final look was revealed.

Like all good hair changes, Morello’s transformation comes soon after a big life event. The 32-year-old welcomed her baby girl Leonela (Leo) in November 2022, sibling to her first-born son Santino (Sonny).

After becoming a mum-of-two, Morello shared with her followers: “The first few days have been good guys - we are very supported with my mum & sebas parents here! My milk came in after two days (so fast the second time?) and we have been relaxing, feeding, playing with Sonny, and eating family dinners mostly so it has been beautiful. Tiring of course, but beautiful!"
