Autumn signals a time of year that’s all about shedding the old in order to make way for the new.

And so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the butterfly beauty trend has taken wing. After all, who better to take inspiration from at the moment than a creature that has made the art of transformation their life’s work?

Given the elegant drama these conspicuously coloured insects are known for, we’ll admit this is not necessarily the trend for the minimalists among us. But, we encourage you to embrace the creativity of it all, just like the eight butterfly-inspired beauty moments below...
