We’ve grown accustomed to seeing Kiki’s mermaid-long blonde hair flipping about Fiji and her penchant for hot pink lips taking centre stage at rose ceremonies, but the OG Kiki was all about balayage and smokey eye makeup.

Bachelor veteran Keira has had quite the makeover since her first foray into reality TV. From a nose job to breast augmentation, we bow down to her honesty about the treatments she’s had. After all, there’s already enough stigma about plastic surgery and thanks to her openness, women aren’t being misled by unrealistic comparisons. “These changes make me happy and they make me feel like me,” Keira told NW. Brittney won our hearts not once, not twice, but three times as the lovable Litt-ney, appearing in both The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise (twice). Since leaving paradise last, she's transformed into a blonde bombshell and appears to have recently had lip enhancements. Sharing a selfie on her Instagram, fellow contestant Florence Moerenhout commented: "Loving them lips babe you look HOT! I want some!"
