The weird hack to make bottom lashes look thicker
We all want voluminous, striking, and long lashes. But sometimes we struggle to get that oomph, especially when it comes to enhancing our bottom lashes.
Thankfully, there’s a clever little hack that can help get voluminous bottom lashes like Glee's Dianna Agron above, and it has nothing to do with the mascara use, but rather how you apply it. It's a fun way to create the effect of longer, thicker bottom lashes by creatively using an eyeliner brush, just not in the way that you’re used to.
To begin, do your usual eye makeup, including liner, mascara on your top lashes, and any eyeshadow you’d like to use. Then, using a flat liner brush, paint on your mascara to your bottom lashes in small downward strokes, making sure to get the formula right into the roots. For a bolder finish, paint a few coats. This will create the illusion of fuller lashes and give your eyes extra definition.
Genius, right? And just in case you weren't entirely convinced of its effectiveness, Karlie Kloss is a big fan of the unconventional trick.
