The eyeshadow palette people are going nuts over

It’s even giving the Naked Palette a run for its money

A few years ago, the Urban Decay Naked Palette was all anyone could talk about. It was the eyeshadow palette to own, even if you weren’t that into eye makeup.

While many other brands have launched some excellent palettes of their own since the success of the iconic Naked Palette, there is one that seems to be giving it a run for its money, and Reddit users can’t seem to stop raving about it.

Too Faced Chocolate Bar

Released a good three years ago, the sweet-smelling, easy-on-the-eyes Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette has a hoard of people singing its praises.

With a combination of 16 matte and shimmer shades that range from neutrals and browns to beiges, soft pinks, deep plums and burgundies, it certainly looks impressive, but reddit users have been quick to testify that it’s not just about good looks.

One reddit user said, “I got mine, loved it and still do. The Black Forest Truffle is so gorgeous and the Cherry Cordial is magic with Salted Caramel in the crease. I always use that in the crease, it gives everything a matte glow that is so, so lovely!! Totally never been so in love with a palette – to me it’s better than all three [Urban Decay] Nakeds combined!”

Another piped up with this, “I chose the Chocolate Bar over the original Naked Palette because I kept hearing how amazing it is. I LOVE it. All of the colours are wearable and compliment each other beautifully, it’s all I wear.”

And if that hasn't piqued your interest about the palette enough, a few chimed in with regrets of trying to find cheaper dupes that didn't quite live up to the colour and finish, and in the end gave in and have never looked back.

Given the brand has just released a new eyeshadow palette to the range, Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette, we wouldn’t be surprised if avid Chocolate Bar fans are just as enthused with the mix of pinks, corals, and bronzes.
