VOYA Angelicus Serratus | Nourishing Body Oil

I have naturally oily skin and so have stayed far, far away from face and body oils in the past, however since learning more about the skin barrier I’ve started trying to incorporate oils into my routine in order to nourish my skin with good oils and slow down my skin’s tendency to over produce oil. So, I’m new to the world of facial and body oils but the VOYA Angelicus Serratus | Nourishing Body Oil is absolutely beautiful! The product comes in a sumptuous expensive-looking frosted glass bottle and the oil itself smells heavenly with citrus and floral scents. It absorbs super-fast so it’s not just sitting on top of the skin, and it makes my skin look and feel so soft and supple.

Beyond luxurious! I really enjoyed using this oil to pack hydration and lock in the moisture from my body creams. Applying this was always a delightful experience and made my body feel glossy and glowing! This oil was really nice on my streaky marks and scaring too. Definitely good to apply before bed, before the beach or after to boost hydration. Application is so silk and easy to rub into the skin. It has a soft and warm smell, not too overpowering but perfect for the quality of the product. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to step up there post body cream routine! Also would be perfect for a massage

VOYA Angelicus Serratus - Nourishing Body Oil. A very interesting product for me as it is a seaweed based body oil. The glass bottle itself look luxurios.Love that the packaging is made from seaweed and other responsibly sourced materials and is printed with vegetable based inks. A big tick for me even before I use the product as it is rarely to find a product which is environmental friendly. The product is Light scent and gentle and keep my skin soft and moisturizing. Love to use it after shower. Once applied it is easily absorbs by the skin and works it magic on my very dry skin. I've seem and feel a lot of improvement on my skin ever since using it. It makes me and my skin happy. Love that they have used evening Primrose oil, vitamin E and Rosehip oil in the ingredients and I know both it have a lot of benefits to the skin. The product absorb beautifully by my skin without leaving my skin greasy like some other brand body oil. Overall there is nothing I don't love about this product and brand.

I received this product to trial as part of the Beautycrew Autumn VIP box. I was very interested in trying it as I have been a big fan of the Nuxe Prodigieuse body oil for some time. I have found, including with this product, that body oils tend to soak in and nourish all those dry patches of skin without leaving the skin greasy the way some creams do. It also has the added bonus of smelling fresh of lime and mandarin, which is a nice change from overly perfumey or floral scents. I would recommend!

I was lucky enough to receive this product as part of a VIP box! Body oil is not usually a product I would be reaching for, but I was glad, and pleasantly surprised by the experience. It has a nice citrusy lime and mandarin scent which isn't too sweet or strong. I used this mostly on my legs every few days for about a month. A little goes a long way and I would used a total of 1 to 2 pumps for both legs. I did find it a little difficult to spread, but warming it up between my hands before applying made a difference. If I applied the product in the morning I did notice that I could still feel the product on my legs when I touched them even hours later which I was a bit unsure about.

This luxurious body oil was an absolute dream to use. The Angelicus Serratus Nourishing Body Oil with lime and mandarin is an absolute treat for those looking to spoil themselves I would have used it for the fragrance alone, which was a sexy citrus blend that was slightly peppery yet fresh and sweet. It had so many A-list skin loving essential oils that really increased the impact of it’s moisturising qualities. These skin lovers include sunflower, evening primrose and rosehip. There were a variety of scents from other essential oils including basil, mandarin, lime, lemon, cedar wood and clove. It is a real selection of smells combining to create a gorgeous medley. Wild seaweed is another of this lovely body oil’s ingredients which purifies the skin and rejuvenates it as well. Truly a multitasking product!

Springing into the Summer months the one thing I know I’m destined for is dry skin! Well not anymore since discovering this body oil. Beautifully packaged in a glass bottle with pump you can see the yellow oil through the transparent glass the Lime & Mandarin Oil pleasantly fills my senses with delight the aroma of the essential oils is just beautiful. After showering I pump a couple of pumps of oil at a time into my palms with my body moisturiser and lightly massage over my body all the way from the shoulders down to my toes. By the time I have massaged the oil into the last area on my body the rest of my body is dry which is fantastic for a oil on my skin to absorb so efficiently leaving no residue just really soft and nourished skin. A patch of really dry skin on my inner thigh that I have had for years and used prescription & none prescription creams on has completely gone since using this oil on my skin after showering before bed every evening.

Love this VOYA Angelicus Serratus Nourishing Body Oil. It feeds and nourishes my skin leaving it looking radiant and supple. The oil has a light herbal scent and kind of resembles olive oil but is so nice on my skin. I use it at night after my shower and I like to mix this with my favourite body lotion before applying otherwise I find that if I apply it alone it does leave my skin greasy. The following morning when I touch my skin it feels incredibly soft and hydrated. I can totally see and feel the difference in my skin when using a body lotion alone and mixing it up by adding in a pump of VOYA oil to my lotion.

I absolutely love this Body Oil! I have rarely used a body oil that I enjoyed using but this ticked all the boxes. It feels light on the skin and absorbs nicely and doesn't end up on your clothing. It smells divine and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, hydrated and radiant. It leaves a gorgeous healthy glow to the skin that doesn't look oily, just a glowy radiance. On nights out, I apply an extra touch of this oil to my collar bones and shoulders and it leaves a sensational glow. It's not glittery or tacky, it's just a beautiful healthy glow. I recommend applying sparingly so that it sinks into the skin nicely. I would recommend this product to anyone that enjoys radiant, healthy looking skin with all the benefits of an oil but without the heavy greasy feel of other body oils. Gorgeous product!

This VOYA Angelicus Serratus Nourishing Body Oil is really great for hydrating my body. I was lucky enough to receive this body oil in a beauty crew V.I.P. Box. I use this on my arms, legs and stomach. The citrus scent is really refreshing and pairs perfectly with summer. It soaks into the skin well. I have been using it for over a week and my fry arms and legs are no longer dry anymore, they are very hydrated. I would buy this again as it has worked amazingly to combat dry skin. I have had no reaction to this product.
