I have been using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate duo for a few weeks now and I am extremely impressed. I have personally always been a fan of Redken’s products after my hairdresser got me onto the brand years ago. So I was very excited to trial the ABC range (which included the pre-wash treatment).The Shampoo and conditioner deliver on what they claim. As a processed blonde, my hairdresser even made a comment during my last visit about how great the condition of my hair is, and even gave me a little tip to alternate with the all soft range they have, as ABC is all about strengthening, and rebuilding the hair. Very happy with the results and highly recommend for anyone who regularly processes or heat styles their hair!

As someone who has been bleaching and processing their hair for the past 10 years, I was super impressed with the Redken ABC range. I was lucky enough to be selected by BEAUTYcrew to receive their shampoo, conditioner and pre-treatment. These products used correctly are game changer!!!! My hairdresser even commented on the condition of my hair and asked if I have changed anything and I mentioned the ABC products and she just had a look of proudness. I have been using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo (along with the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner and also the Intensive Treatment and have loved the way it has improved the look and feel of my hair The shampoo has a nice smell and it lathered well without feeling like it was stripping or drying which is usually my experience with most shampoos I’ve used on my 4a curly hair. I was pleasantly surprised my hair didn’t feel like straw after a shampoo!! It has been the only product to reduce my frizz, make my hair look and feel smoother and stronger.

I have been using Redken products for years so I was excited to trial their new Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo. My hair is colour treated and heat damaged so it can use all the help it can get! The shampoo easily lathers into a fine foam and smells lovely. The packaging is really pretty with an iridescent label on a silver/pearly white bottle. The shampoo rinses out easily and doesn't weigh down my hair or leave it feeling stripped and dry. Overall my hair looked immediately shinier once dried and styled and my hair smelled lovely. I noticed less fly aways and a healthy bounce to my usually drab and lifeless locks. I would recommend this product in combination with the conditioner and treatment products to achieve healthy and shiny hair.

I have dry ends from years of colouring and heat damage but an oily scalp. I was pleasantly surprised by this as I have been using henna as a conditioner to repair this damage. With henna it naturally coats the hair and the colour/product can be on your hair for weeks/months. After using this I was really surprised at how much henna colouring came off in one use. I really liked how the shampoo cleaned my scalp without making it too oily or stripping it completely dry. Pros: Hair feels healthier and softer after use but I need more time and use to see a proper difference. Cons: More hair loss after the shower than usual.

I was invited to trial the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo with BeautyCrew. I used it alongside the Acidic Bonding Conditioner and Treatment. I can't speak highly enough of these products! The Shampoo lathered well, smelt very professional (like I just walked into a salon) though was not overpowering. My hair prior to the trial was damaged, and frizzy and I have colour treated hair that lacked shine. After the first wash I noticed HUGE changes; my hair was smoother, shiny and felt hydrated. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that has a history of damaged hair and I had a noticeable significant change, I started getting compliments on my hair again! Would I recommend this? 100%. Will I use again? Definitely.

One of the best shampoos i've used! It leaves my hair really soft and easy to manage. I straighten my hair at least once a week and I found my hair stayed straighter for longer using this shampoo. I also have really damaged hair from scalp bleaches and have been trying to find products that help - this product has been amazing for the condition of my hair. It smells nice and has a really thick consistency compared to other shampoos. Using this product also improved the condition of my scalp! I recommend using this product with the treatment and conditioner to get the full benefit of the product.

I was very excited to be given the opportunity to try Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo (along with the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner and also the Intensive Treatment) on my damaged, chemically treated hair. I used the shampoo two to three times a week for just over 3 weeks, following the use of the Intensive Conditioner and concentrating on the roots of my hair, as directed. The shampoo itself was quite thick in consistency, but once I began to work it in my hair, it lathered well and had a pleasant citrus fragrance. It also rinsed easily and left my hair feeling very clean, without the need for a second cleanse. Over the course of my trial, my hair has experienced a visible difference. It looks healthier and smoother and it feels stronger with less noticeable frizz. I have also noticed a reduction in the amount of breakage (mainly after heat styling). I have used two other similar and well known brands on the market and so far this range is providing very similar results. I would definitely recommend this range to family and friends and I am looking forward to continuing to use this range to experience the longer term results.

Really wanted to love this product. It made my hair dry as straw and brittle. I thought maybe I was using it incorrectly so I used it for a few months to try and see results like other reviews. I used this product for 4 weeks and noticed every time I used it my hair felt healthier and cleaner. My hair felt thicker and not as brittle and less fly aways. However it didn't help the frizz if it was a humid day (that was the only down side). You do have to treat the hair first which was a surprise because the treatment made my hair incredibly soft but wasn't as soft and silky as I thought to how you would usually use the treatment after a wash. Overall though I was happy with the product and do recommend it if you have brittle hair. You will notice less shedding after 2-3 weeks

I found this shampoo to be quite rich and nourishing on my hair, without making it feel too heavy. I have fine hair, that’s also quite damaged from regular lightening over the years. I normally find shampoos for damaged hair tend to make my hair limp and greasy after a day or two, but this didn’t. It stayed moisturised and I noticed less fly away hairs without the oiliness. My only reservation was the viscosity of the product - I found it quite hard to work through my hair, and really had to massage it through to get full coverage - but it did smell great, really fresh and uplifting.

This shampoo/conditioner/treatment regime was amazing. Aimed for processed and demanding hair….and I couldn’t think of a better way to describe my hair before using these products. After using the products my hair was smoother, softer and it left a fantastic smell. While using it smelt like skittles but had a refreshing citrus scent when my hair was dry. I’ve honestly never used a product that has done such wonders to my hair. Most definitely would use again. The only con was that sometimes it was difficult to get the product out of the bottles towards the end due to the design of the bottles but still well worth it. A life saver!

Need to emulsify the shampoo in your hands to get the best results as this activates the something in the shampoo and makes it much easier to use in your hair. I do this twice as I only wash my hair once a week and I like to get it nice and clean. I would recommend it to anyone who bleaches their hair, and I highly recommend if you have severely damaged hair, it really dose work, I thought I was going to lose all my hair and have a pixie cut this saved my hair. Packaging looks like I like the white its clear and it’s easy to ready. I have bought this whole product line and will continue to use it while grow out my bleach hair. I recently tried the Redken Acidic Bonding Shampoo, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with this product. As someone who has color-treated hair, I am always on the lookout for a shampoo that can help maintain the health and vibrancy of my hair, and this product did not disappoint. The shampoo texture is thick but a little goes a long way, and you might need to shampoo twice if your hair is partcularly oily. What struck me first about this shampoo was that it effectively removed any buildup from my hair without causing any dryness or irritation to my scalp. After using it, my hair felt clean, refreshed, and free of any product buildup or dirt. In combination with the bonding treatment and conditioner, I was suprised by how soft and moisurised my hair became, and its tendency to become knotty has decreased significantly. This has really helped prevent damage while using hot tools or brushing my hair. After a month of use, this system is really great and I'd recommend giving it a go if you want to bring some life back to your locks.

I have been trialling the Redken Acidic Bonding Shampoo, with the rest of the treatment range, for about a month now, and absolutely love it! My hair feels strong, smooth and looks so shiny after each use. I have really noticed that whilst using this system, I can get an extra day or two between washes. I have been washing my hair 3-4 times per week with this bonding system and using the treatment about once per week. I love the luxe feel and scent of the shampoo, it’s thick and feels salon quality and leaves my hair feeling so soft! I will continue to use these products and love that my previously dry dull hair is now so silky smooth and strong.

I have been using the Redkin Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo in conjunction with the Treatment and the Conditioner and wow! It’s literally magic in a bottle! My dry is damaged, dry and quite brittle. I must have my hair tied back for work so the constant pulling and hairspray and gel ontop really does it’s damage. I enjoy a double cleanse as I really want to get the best possible results. First cleanse removed all the hair products and second cleanse gave a deep clean without irritation. It also lathers up nicely too. Whilst rinsing, I could immediately feel the difference. My hair was smooth, soft and knot free. After trailing for 2 weeks, my hair hasn’t looked this beautiful in years. Now only instant results but long term results too. My hair feels very moisturised, soft with a beautiful silky touch.

I've been using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate range for around 4 weeks now and I'm loving how soft, shiny, strong and bouncy my hair feels after using it. I have very thick hair that has a tendency to lose volume and become lank quickly (but frizzy and fluffy at the ends!). Since using this range I have noticed my hair feels smoother and looks shinier whether I air dry or blow dry it. My hair has good volume which lasts nicely, without getting frizzy or feeling like my hair and scalp have been completely stripped. My hair also looks cleaner as I get towards hair washing day than usual - I can often get another day or two in before it needs washing compared to my normal routine. The packaging and scent are nice and the thick shampoo lathers up quite well, making it easy and pleasant to use in the shower. The cap is wide enough to sit the bottle upside down when the bottle is nearly used, which is a handy touch!

Excellent product. I am really happy with it. My hair was much better and much smoother after washing with this shampoo. There is a difference which I can notice in the texture of the hair, how smooth it is. It is very concentrated so you don't need a lot of the shampoo to put on your hair. After using it for almost a month, I can say I am totally happy with it and I will buy it again. I am blonde and my hair is thick so this product suits my hair. You also have a feeling like you had a deep cleaning treatment at the salon. It is worth the hype and the money. Redken has so many of the good products and this one is one of them.
