Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint

I love the superstar teddy tint, a great range of flattering nude tints, my favourite. The thing I love best is that they stay out, they don’t smudge or bleed and even after eating the colour doesn’t rub off. The staying power is amazing and it also feels really light and comfortable to wear, it also doesn’t dry my lips out like some matte lipsticks can. It dries to a nice matte finish, glides over lips easily and has a lovely light scent. It’s great value and I love the cute packaging, it’s easy just to throw in my handbag for touch ups throughout the day. I love maybelline New York products and this lip tint was a winner for me. I would recommend it and will be buying more colours

I was excited to trial the Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint, I am no stranger to a cute nude lippy. What I liked most about this product was how versatile it can be, if wanting a lipstick or a quick lip stain to a lip tint also dupes a nice liner. I actually applied this product one afternoon and then washed it off in the shower so I thought, I woke up the next day and my lips were a freshly bitten shade of pink and my partner had asked if I woke up and put lippy on in the middle of the night. I think what this lippy does best as with all other maybelline super stay products is LAST. The shade is nothing new but the formula is more fluffy and definitely longer lasting than the rebranded/repackaged super stay lippy. If you’re something a little different and are willing to play with it I would recommend this product.

The product texture is great! It’s not too thick, sticky or water like consistency. It glides on seamlessly, leaving the lips feeling moisturised but dries matte. The finish is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised! Added bonus, no strong scent! I can’t wait to try other shades. Would highly recommend the teddy tint for every day wear. I also found it does not smudge or transfer easily. It also lasts for a good few hours. Even after a meal the colour stayed intact. The packaging is also really stylish and so cute. The product and packaging is so high quality and on par with higher end lippies. Will definitely repurchase.

I am absolutely obsessed with this tint. The colours are incredible and stay for SO LONG! I didn't see any transfer whenever I used the tint and I am so impressed! The tint didn't feel like it dried my lips out and felt moisturing. I love the colour and the product. Would recommend! The smell of the tints are really nice however not overpowering at all. It was a very slight fragrance. The packaging is also very cute. I love how it looks. I like that the tints are adaptable and you can choose how much product you want to apply. The tint gives you so many options!

I really enjoyed trialling the Maybell8ne New York Superstay teddy tint in the shades Baby tee and Coquettish. It is a great product that has great staying power and seems to stay on for the whole day. I really appreciate the colours, and it doesn't make your lips feel dry at all, which can sometimes happen with other similar products. The colour range is good. The only downside I would probably mention is that I have a lighter skin complexion, so the lighter more subtle colours suit me better and I do hope the range expands to include more neutral and lighter colours in the future. Over all a really great product that I would buy again. I'm going to try the shades July Forever, Pinkie Besti and The A+ next mostly because they look light bright, fun colours and will complement my complexion a bit more.

Overall it was fine. It had a nice tint to it and I enjoyed the colours. They did look nice on my lips. I did not find it hydrating however and I've had better lip tints which do not dry out my lips as much. The packaging was very nice though and I liked the shape of it. It was easy to apply which is also a plus. Did also seem to last a while so that is also a positive. I would not purchase this again as I think there are better products out there. I have rated it as a 3 as I believe it is okay but nothing special.

I got to try two shades of the Maybelline Superstay Teddy Tint: Skinnydip, which is the perfect pink nude for me, and Keep it Cozy, which is a brown nude shade. The applicator is super easy to use, and makes application on the lips effortless. One layer on my lips is already amazing, but a second layer accentuates them even more. It’s also quite nice to use on the cheeks! Just a couple of dots and blend away. About 15 minutes after application, it becomes absolutely transfer proof! No smudging, no budging. No constant reapplications needed either - it literally stayed on the lips for the day! It has a beautiful matte finish on the lips, but it’s very comfortable and not at all drying to wear all day. Overall, I adore this lip product! I love that I don’t have to worry about it feathering or smudging, and that it just melts into my lips! Highly recommend!

I was excited to trial the wonderful Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint. I received two shades ‘Skinnydip’ and ‘Keep it cosy’ both of which are creamy and light in texture and glide on the lips easily. When worn, it takes quite some time to settle so i would give maybe about 10-15 mins for best result. It dries matte. It also dried sticky although not overly sticky. It's also transfer proof as I had them on when having coffee and nothing sticks on my cup or on my water bottle. It also stayed on after I've had my meal. It is also buildable for deeper colour. Overall i’m quite happy with the lip tints.

I mean, right off the bat, you can't say it's not an attractive product. The bottle/container is beautifully designed, matte look to match the matte product and very easy twist off applicator with a nice brush/applicator. I trialled two different tints and was equally impressed with the depth of colour on both. I will say, I was surprised with how long it actually took to dry before it became matte and non-rub off. I would say I had to be pretty careful with "moving my mouth" for about 30 - 35 minutes before it was completely dry which is a factor to consider when applying. The good news is, you definitely won't be reapplying mid way through the night (or even the next day!) With that in mind, I also found it quite difficult to remove the next day, the stain is SO effective that you're left having to use a few different things (wipes, cleanser, micellar water) to remove! The variety of uses is a testament to the product though, I opted for standard lipstick use, also used it on a thin angle as a lip liner and then smudged a bit for colour on cheeks.

As a girly who enjoys wearing makeup but loathes having to reapply lipstick I've quickly fallen in love with lip tints. They offer either subtle or bold options and they stay put for hours without the drying effect of long lasting lipsticks. I was intrigued to try the Maybelline Teddy Tint, Maybelline have an amazing range of makeup products and are easily found and affordable. The component is a lovely frosted tube and the applicator is nice and fluffy. I found the formula easy to apply and it have a very blotted/blurred look. I didn't find it very buildable, it's a muted look. Overall the concept is great, an affordable lip tint for those wanting a natural tint that lasts hours without the fuss of reapplication. I did however find it incredibly sticky, not like lipgloss, more like glue, for this reason I wouldn't repurchase sadly.

Was happy to be chosen for this review as I wear lipstick every day. Was given twi lovely shades to try as I like the pink and nudes. The product applied nice and smoothly onto dry lips and once it was dry didn’t budge. Unfortunately, I like a hydrating glossy lipstick so this did not suit me at all as it felt very dry. It did flake off a little bit as the day went on, but I couldn’t help but feel it was very very dry. End of the day it was extremely hard to remove so definitely has long wear affect. Unfortunately, this lipstick is not for me but for people like a long mat lipstick this would be perfect

So excited to be on trial for the Maybelline NY Superstay Teddy tint. The creamy lip tint comes in a cute packaging. Looks like a long block of ice with liquid suspended in the middle. We received two shades of the lip tint; Skinny Dip and Keep it Cozy. Skinny Dip is a natural pink while Keep it Cozy is a brick red. The lip tint is a creamy liquid that dries down to a natural look on the lips. The Skinny Dip has to be my favourite of the two shades. You need to prep your lips ahead of applying the creamy tint or you will experience discomfort. I exfoliate my lips and apply a lip balm before I apply my makeup and do my hair. Then I blot the excess lip balm on tissue paper before applying the Maybelline lip lint. The creamy lip tint lasts on my lips all day through eating and drinking. That is amazing! While I prefer glosses and lip tints for its comfortable look/feel, this lip tint is amazing for its longevity. I don’t have to worry about touch ups after my meals which is freeing!

Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint offers a rich, vibrant shade that I absolutely adore. The color is a stunning, warm brown that adds a touch of sophistication to any look. Its deep hue is perfect for those who want a bold statement while maintaining an elegant appearance. However, I found that the formula can be quite drying on the lips, which might become uncomfortable with extended wear. Despite this drawback, the tint lives up to its name by providing exceptional longevity, lasting all day with minimal need for touch-ups. The combination of its striking color and impressive staying power makes it a valuable addition to my makeup collection, even if it requires some extra care to prevent dryness.

This product for me is a 4/5. I think a star less because of the staying power. The colour is wonderful and complements my pigmented lips so well. The formula is absolutely comfortable and glides on my lips. Buildable and can be used on lips and cheeks both since it doesnt provide stark lines when applied on cheek. However, I did notice that it starts to run away after a couple of hours of eating and drinking which is fine with me. Overall, beautiful formula and colour. Love it for an everyday office wear product.

Comfortable, lightweight and easy to apply. The colours are beautiful and the packaging is giving luxury They're heavy, sleek and the frosted case looks and feels luxe I didn't test it through dinner, however I used it multiple times on nights out and during the day and it was absolutely superstay indeed. This lasted a long time on my lips. I love that they're subtle, comfortable and weightless on the lips, after awhile I almost forgot that I was wearing them until I went to the bathroom These are the perfect everyday shade and suit both the warmer and cooler months, easy to style up or down

Trying Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint I was slightly sceptical due to not being such an avid lipstick than I used to be. I found this lipstick long wearing with creamy formula that is lightweight on the lips. Forumla is buildable to a bold colour or a simple blurry look, due to the formula, it can look a little messy but a quick swipe of a brush with a bit of concealer is an easy fix. I tried pairing with a gloss to fit something I’m more comfortable with and it worked well. This slightly hindered the long lasting properties of the tiny but nothing too big of a problem. Great product if your in need of something to bring a little life to your look.

This tint has serious staying power - like ALL DAY!!! I was surprised every time I looked in the mirror and it was still there - forgetting I’d put it on in the morning. It’s genuinely incredible! Really like the shade, goes on super creamy and feels really nice on your lips. The only downside is that I found it a little drying by the end of the day. I do tend to have dry lips anyway so that won’t have helped but for me I needed a balm over it after 4/5hrs of wear. But this might not be an issue for you. Still loved it and didn’t put me off wearing it

I received 2 shades to trial. I’m very fair, with neutral to pink undertones and blue eyes. The shade Skinny Dip was a ‘my lips but better’ shade for me - gorgeous, loved it. The shade Keep it Cozy was too warm and too dark it washed me out unless I had a lot of bronzer on. The texture took a bit of getting used to, it’s a very matte finish but feels hydrating at first. It didn’t blend very easily and went on a bit patchy. I found it easiest to use to create the blur effect, dotting on and blending with my finger. It’s lasts ok but not bulletproof through eating, drinking etc. and did feel a bit drying after a while - having said that I find most matte finish lip products are drying. I’ll keep using the shade Skinny Dip and probably will use a balm or gloss on top. I personally wouldn’t repurchase as too drying, hard to blend and I didn’t love the smell or taste. But the shades are gorgeous and quite sophisticated for a pharmacy brand.

I recently tried the Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint, and I have to say, it’s like a little magic wand for my lips! 💄✨ The shade I received to review is “Skinnydip,” and it’s the perfect pinkish-brown that gives my lips a natural, “your lips but better” look. First off, the packaging is super sleek and the doe-foot applicator makes it so easy to apply. One swipe and my lips are covered in this beautiful, lightweight tint that feels so comfortable. It’s not just pretty; it’s practical too! I applied it in the morning, and even after a full day of eating and drinking, it stayed put with minimal touch-ups needed1. What I love most is how versatile it is. For a subtle, everyday look, one layer is perfect. But if I’m feeling a bit more glam, I can easily build it up for a bolder, more pigmented finish. Plus, it has this lovely matte finish that doesn’t dry out my lips, which is a huge win in my book!

I received 2 shades of this product, “skinny dip” and “keep it cozy”, the first one being more of a lighter daytime suitable shade and the latter being a darker, night time suitable shade (I have a light to medium olive complexion). In terms of the product concept this one reminds me of a velvety mousse that k-beauty brands have been doing for some time, whereby you can apply lightly for a blurred, your-lips-but-better look, or more heavy handed for a more matte lipstick look. The packaging and doe foot applicator on this product however are a lot more premium and luxe feeling than existing K-beauty offerings. In regards to formula and longevity I personally have quite dry lips, so although the product did dry down eventually and was relatively transfer proof and long lasting, it did accentuate the drier areas in the middle of my lips, I found I needed to wear a gloss on top for better comfortability which then affected the long wearing nature of the product (which I personally didn’t mind). I did try it as a blush also but whilst it was passable and would save me if I was in a pickle without my usual products, I wouldn’t look to use it as my first choice. Overall I would recommend this product but bear in mind it’s not a particularly hydrating product if that’s something you are concerned about.
