Dior Capture XP Eye Creme

My sister initially purchased this Dior Capture XP Eye Cream for me as a gift many, many years ago and I have honestly been hooked since then! I wish I didn't love this product so much as it is very expensive, but I haven't been able to find anything else that suits my skin as well as this does. I am almost 40 years old, but hardly have any fines or wrinkles around my eyes...so I like to think this very expensive eye cream is actually working! It has a beautiful creamy texture that gets instantly absorbed into the skin, doesn't feel tight, uncomfortable or heavy - it's just the perfect texture in my opinion. There is a slight fragrance, which I don't mind at all. The packaging is gorgeous too, it comes in a purple, grey and silver 15ml jar, plus there is a plastic spatula so you don't dip your fingers in the jar. The skin around my eyes feels smoother, softer and more hydrated when I use this, and I don't have any dark circles, bags or signs of fatigue. The thing I love most about this eye cream is that it doesn't feel heavy or thick, like many of the anti-aging products which I find just sit on the surface of your skin. I use this product both in the morning and at night-time; in the morning I find that it helps my concealer apply more easily and doesn't crease, look flaky or caked on. At night-time I also apply a small amount around the contours of my lips as well and definitely think it helps keep skin plump, smooth and hydrated. I wake up with smoother, brighter skin around my eyes, and there are no irritation or puffiness with this eye cream. This is the only skincare product I truly splurge on as I haven't found any other eye cream that suits my skin as much as this product. I recommend this product to anyone who wants a luxurious, anti-aging eye cream that still feels lightweight but keeps the eye area well moisturised and hydrated. I think if you have sensitive skin then you may find this eye cream slightly irritating for your you as it does have a fragrance/scent. My only criticism is that I still would have preferred if it came in a pump bottle packaging. I highly recommend this eye cream and in my opinion I feel it does the job for the price tag.
