What it is: NIVEA Daily Essentials Sensitive Caring Micellar Water
Why you need it: A key part of having healthy-looking skin is cleansing day and night to remove sebum (natural oil from the surface of the face) and makeup, especially after a long day. An easy solution to do so, and one that is gentle on skin, is by using micellar water. Enter NIVEA’s new Daily Essential Sensitive Caring Micellar Water; a cleanser that looks like ordinary water, but is actually made up of tiny micelles that act as a magnet to capture impurities and the like. It is even powerful enough to take off waterproof makeup (with no scrubbing required), while still being super gentle on skin.
What you need to know: Free from parabens, colours and perfume, this product is perfectly suitable for all skin types - even sensitive ones. It’s also enriched with nourishing grapeseed oil, which can also soothe skin and prevent redness, tightness and dryness after use.
How to use it: Apply a few drops onto a cotton pad until it is damp. Then, wipe in circular motions over your face to remove makeup. For hard-to-budge waterproof eye makeup, hold the damp cotton pad over your closed eye, before wiping down, in the direction of your lashes.
