We’ve seen a handful of halfway decent messy updos that emulate the Baywatch star’s signature unkempt bed hair, but no one has even come close to nailing the brief quite like Megan Fox. The actress had us doing a double take when she dressed up as Anderson for Halloween alongside Machine Gun Kelly’s version of Tommy Lee. We think Fox said it best: “But are these even costumes?”
