Marion Cotillard is the new face of CHANEL NO°5
It’s the first time she’s been an ambassador for a fragrance
Revered French actress and environmentalist Marion Cotillard has just been announced as the newest face of the iconic CHANEL NO°5 fragrance.
“Authentic, committed and generous, Marion Cotillard takes her unique perspective from film to film, creating an exceptional destiny as a free woman,” CHANEL said in a press release announcing Marion’s new role.
From the beginning of her acting career, Marion has had a long history with the CHANEL house, wearing CHANEL on the red carpet for A Very Long Engagement in 2004 and La Vie en rose in 2008.
This is the first time Marion has lent her face to a fragrance campaign and she finds herself in good company. Marion joins an impressive lineage of CHANEL ambassadors including Margot Robbie and Lily-Rose Depp.
The new CHANEL NO°5 campaign featuring Marion will be unveiled later this year.
Sofia Carson also recently took on a beauty ambassadorship, check out the story here.
