Chrissy Teigen shares the most powerful photo of her post-baby body
And proves she’s probably the most authentic celeb on the Internet

There are a lot of things we love about Chrissy Teigen. Like, A LOT. Whether it’s sharing her love of pizza or opening up about her acne and grey hair, she’s quite possibly one of the most open and honest celebs on the Internet.
And in her most recent Twitter post, she has made a rare and candid statement about body confidence by showing the world that there is no definition of a ‘perfect body’.
After giving birth to her second child in May, the 32-year-old model took to Twitter to share an honest video of her post-baby body, captioning the post “mom bod alert.”
Wearing nothing but a pair of bikini bottoms, Chrissy showed off a close-up of the stretch marks along her thighs and lower back, saying, “I guess these just aren’t going to go away. This is my new body.”
In a series of posts on Twitter, Chrissy also shared her thoughts on the tirade of Instagram influencers with those “killer bodies”, urging people to feel proud of how they look rather than trying to fit into some unattainable body type.
“Instagram is crazy. I think it’s awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!!) but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol’ bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing,” she tweeted.
“Also I don’t really call this “body confidence” because I’m not quite there yet. I’m still super insecure. I’m just happy that I can make anyone else out there feel better about themselves!”
With our Instagram feed constantly overflowing with the sculpted and perfected bodies of social media influencers and celebs alike, we reckon women could do with this sense of authenticity now more than ever.
Good one, Chrissy.
