The multi-functional benefits: When we hear a beauty product is multi-functional, our ears immediately listen a bit closer. Because there's absolutely nothing better than a product that can a) help you skip a step or b) replace a whole heap of other products. So, reading through all the ways our REVIEWcrew members utilised this nourishing cream got us totally excited. They tried everything from moisturising to soothing their skin post treatment. Oh, and they didn't just stop at their faces; any ultra-dry patch got a coating of the stuff.

This baume is really a jack of all trades when it comes to hydrating the skin. I trialled the product in a few capacities such as over my tattoos, on my typical dry areas that darken when I self-tan (knees, ankles, armpits) and on my face and neck. I was impressed with the results in every situation, especially on my face. I was concerned it would be too heavy to apply as a face moisturiser but it was the perfect balance between protective and hydrating. I had no issues with breaking out which I've previously experienced with new moisturisers on my face. Having trialled this in the colder months I did not experience any of the dryness I typically experience from the cold, dry air. I never felt crusty but also never looked washed out from the whiteness of the baume or oily. A little bit of product goes a long way too which means with the packaging it will last a long time. Making it good value for money.

I have been using this product through winter and have found it to be so versatile and useful! It’s soft and hydrating and also really great at healing cracked skin. I do have sensitive skin and found the product to be gentle and calming - as I’m currently trying to repair my skin barrier. I have also found myself using it on my lips which is also super helpful! It is also buildable, so for dryer areas like elbows and knees it’s great to add a bit extra. I would say this product could replace at least 5 others in your skincare collection for sure.
