J.Lo just showed us how to nail the matchy-matchy beauty trend

Over the last couple of months, the 'matchy-matchy' beauty trend has been slowly gathering force. Now, J.Lo has debuted the matching eyeshadow and nails trend and we’re completely freaking out over her new beauty look.

“Pretty in purple. 💜 A vivid lavender #monochromatic look for @jlo,” celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik wrote alongside his snap of the singer and Hustlers star.

And, he’s not wrong - J.Lo looks totally stunning her tonal purple beauty mood. If you’d like to try your hand at her look, we’ve got some product suggestions...

To achieve a vivid eyeshadow colour payoff like Jen’s, first use a white concealer on your eyelids. We love Morphe’s Fluidity Full-Coverage Concealer in shade C0.00.

Once your concealer has set, go to town with your eyeshadow, blending it from the lash-line to just below the brows. For a shade similar to J.Lo’s, we like Natasha Denona’s Matte Eyeshadow in Electric Violet.
