Heidi Klum's hairstylist’s hack for colouring hair while social distancing
Heidi Klum and her hairstylist, Lorenzo Martin, just went to extreme lengths in order to practice safe social distancing while touching up Heidi’s roots.
In a photo shared to Heidi and Martin’s social media, the hairstylist can be seen toting some very interesting protective gear: a face mask, glasses, gloves and… a large umbrella, to be exact.
In order to improve comfort and ease of use, the umbrella has been augmented to feature two armholes, creating a 3-foot distance between Martin and his client, all while he gets to work colouring.
The strangeness of Martin’s get up is only slightly outweighed by the fact that, besides the foils in her hair and the diamanté mask adorning her face, Heidi looks like an extra in a production of Chicago – fishnets and all.
Unfortunately, Heidi doesn’t provide an explanation, simply saying in her caption, “Dahhling we found a way! Social distancing highlights. Love you @hairbylorenzomartin”.
