Have thin hair? Copy Margot’s sneaky quick fix
Margot Robbie is possibly our favourite Aussie export ever. Not only does she stun in her campaign for Calvin Klein’s newest fragrance, Deep Euphoria and have one of the best beauty mantras we’ve ever come across, the actress also loves to keep it real, which became even more apparent when she revealed the truth behind her incredible red carpet hair.
In a recent interview with Glamour, Margot shared her trick for adding volume and texture to her hair, which involves using hair extensions. “Readers are being so misled: I [actually] have fine, boring hair,” she said.
“Every time I go to an event they have clip-in hair extensions to thicken it up, not necessarily for length but just to thicken it up to make it look fuller than it is. It’s not me, it’s a magical hairstylist making it look good,” she added.
The best thing about Margot's trick is how versatile it can be. As clip-in hair extensions come with multiple pieces of hair, you're able to add as little or as much volume and texture as you like, depending on how many pieces you actually clip in. If you're looking to try out this hack for yourself, we'd recommend trying extensions from either Showpony, Great Lengths or Bellami.
This simple trick is a tried and tested way to make your hair appear fuller, but there’s also another bizarre way to thicken your hair that we’re sure you’ve never tried before.
