As a model, Gigi Hadid isn't afraid to transform herself for her job, but as it turns out her daughter Khai also demands a lot too.

This Halloween the four year old specially requested that her mum dress up as none other than Monster High's Frankie Stein (AKA the daughter of Frankenstein and his bride).

Naturally, as a global brand ambassador, Hadid was able to dip into her mountainous Maybelline stash to pull off the look.

Specifically, the 29 year old used four affordable Maybelline makeup products to nail the Monster High aesthetic.

"Maybe She’s Frankie Stein (per Khai's request)," Hadid joked via Instagram, where she shared a few rear view mirror photos of her makeup. "We had a festive weekend and my Maybelline fam are the reigning champs for products that last through any plans."

Wondering how she managed to create a whole Halloween costume using just four Maybelline makeup products? Keep scrolling for the lowdown on Hadid's routine...

How to: Gigi Hadid's Frankie Stein Halloween makeup

1/ The face makeup

Obviously when you're trying to create a believable Frankie Stein costume the most important element is the daughter of Frankenstein's signature green complexion. Although Hadid didn't share the exact product she used to emulate the Monster High alumni's minty green glow, we recommend a cheap and cheerful makeup pigment that offers intense colour saturation without irritating your skin. Try: Barry M Face & Body Pigment Paint in 'Giddy Green' ($8.97 from Priceline).

2/ The eye makeup

However, when it comes to Hadid's eye makeup, we know exactly what she used to nail the Frankie Stein look. The 29 year old lined her upper and lower lash line with Maybelline Tattoo Studio Liquid Ink Eyeliner ($11.99 from Chemist Warehouse), and she also used the fine liner to draw fake stitches on her cheeks.

Then she created an exaggerated eyeshadow shape with the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Stix in 'I am Fearless' ($11.49 from Chemist Warehouse), and a full fanned out lash look with Maybelline's The Falsies Surreal Extensions Washable Mascara ($13.99 from Chemist Warehouse).

3/ The lip makeup

To copy Frankie Stein's glossy pout Hadid lacquered on a few coats of the Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lip Colour in 'Wicked' ($13.49 from Chemist Warehouse), and by the looks of things she deepened the colour around her lip line. She didn't share the exact product she used, but we'd argue any black lip or eye liner would do — we're reaching for the Barry M Kohl Pencil in 'Black' ($5.37 from Priceline).
