This serum is a saviour for dehydrated and sensitive skin
Here’s what our Review Crew® had to say about this revitalising hydrator
The product
Ever had skin so dehydrated and dry that it gets sensitive?
If you can identify with the above statement then we need to introduce you to a good friend of ours. Say hello to the Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Boost Concentrated Hydrating Serum.
Formulated with dehydrated and sensitive skin types in mind, this lightweight hydrator utilises hyaluronic acid and vitamin B3 (AKA niacinamide) to simultaneously hydrate and strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier. The result? A glowy, plump and bouncy complexion.
Plus, the non-sticky texture means you can glide this on before makeup and enjoy moisturised skin all day, thank to a formula that promises hydration up to 48 hours after application. We like those numbers.
Here’s what our panel of Review Crew® testers had to say about this hydrating and sensitive skin-friendly serum.
The panel
Beauty Crew sent the Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Boost Concentrated Hydrating Serum to a panel of women aged 18 to 30 with dehydrated and sensitive skin.
The lowdown
Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about the Eau Thermale Avène Hydrance Boost Concentrated Hydrating Serum.
The non-sticky finish: A lot of traditional hyaluronic acid serums can leave the skin feeling sticky or tacky, but according to our reviewers, this serum does not do that. Many described it as lightweight, and said that it glided easily onto the skin.
It hydrated their skin without irritating it: Our panel of reviewers experience dehydrated and sensitive skin, which means that while hyaluronic acid may be intended to hydrate, certain formulas can also irritate their skin. But this serum helped to hydrate their skin and soothe it simultaneously.
It revitalised their glowy, plump complexion: Reviewers really liked that the serum included hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. They said the combination of the two helped to revitalise their complexion, and left their skin looking glowy and plump all day long.
