Christian Wilkins is Pantene's first-ever male ambassador

In a first for Pantene Australia, the brand has announced its first-ever male ambassador, Christian Wilkins. 

For those unfamiliar with the face under that shiny blonde mane, Christian Wilkins is an Australian model, actor and fashion icon who you may have seen on your TV screens recently as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars.

The 24-year-old made it to the grand final in a flourish of daring dance moves, creative costumes and hair flicks, although it was comedian Celia Pacquola who took home the trophy. He also happens to be the son of TV presenter Richard Wilkins.

Despite the loss, fans fell in love with Wilkins' 'extra' style, daring personality and of course, that HAIR. And so, it seems for Pantene Australia the fit was a no-brainer.

Joining the likes of actresses Pia Miller and Maddison Brown, Wilkins said of his new gig, "I’m beyond excited to become the brand’s first-ever male ambassador – I can’t think of a better way to kick start 2021!" 

“While I have certainly felt the pressure to fit in, I’ve never shied away from making a bold statement," he continued. "Daring to do extra is in my DNA and I can’t wait to bring more great hair days to Australia with Pantene this year!”
