Busy Philipps' oh-so extra bedtime beauty routine includes FOUR skin care tools
Could this be the secret to her glowing skin?
It’s no secret that American actress Busy Philipps has some of the best skin in the game. Seriously, have you seen her?
Yep, that is some next level glow.
And if you've been wondering what the skin care secrets behind her enviable complexion are, you're in luck. While chatting through her night time beauty routine for a Vogue vlog recently, Busy revealed all.
As it turns out, Busy is a big fan of facial massagers and her bedtime beauty routine includes not just one, but four skin care tools. So extra!
After cleansing her face and applying toner, serums, moisturiser and eye cream, Busy reaches for her first tool.
“These are not mini golf clubs,” Busy says while showing off a pair of oversized silver facial massagers.
“These are frozen little sticks that I massage on my face. They’re very cold. You definitely need there to be a lot of lotion on your face because you don’t want it to get stuck. Look, I have extra lotion in case I need it,” she says while gesturing to a pump of lotion on the back of her palm.
“I’m gonna be gentle with them. Try to do an upward motion,” Busy says before explaining that she occasionally puts the rollers facial massagers in the fridge so that they’re extra cold.
Next, Busy uses a jade roller (we love Salt By Hendrix's Jade Face Roller), followed by a twin-ball massager (try The Body Shop's Oils Of Life™ Twin-Ball Facial Massager) and then she caps it all off with the ReFa Carat Face tool.
Facial massage tools have been a huge beauty trend over the last couple of years. If you’re interested in reading about the benefits of crystal rollers, check out this story.
