The way it soothed their skin: Reviewers who are prone to shaving rashes and sensitivity when applying body moisturiser said they didn’t experience any burning or stinging during application. Instead their skin felt soothed and looked more even in tone.

“I have never found a moisturiser that does not burn/sting the skin on my legs after shaving before trying this Bio Oil Lotion!!! My legs are extremely sensitive, and I am prone to strawberry legs after shaving, WHICH I have tried countless products to attempt to soothe or calm them down. I applied the lotion after shaving, and it left my legs soft, supple, hydrated, glowy and extremely soothed. For once, my legs were not all red, bumpy and irritated after applying a product!”

“I really loved this product. I am a huge fan of the original bio oil so I was really excited to trial their new body lotion, and it did not disappoint. As expected, it was incredibly nourishing and hydrating. It comes out thin and rubs into the skin quickly and dissolves into the skin quickly and very nicely. The bottle is small and cute, but lasts a long time as a little goes a long way. I used this daily and my skin felt nourished, smooth and fantastic. I would recommend this to everyone and would purchase this again.”

“As someone in a constant battle with dryness, I need deep hydration in my body lotion and this works really well in hydrating dry skin. I was surprised by the consistency. It is more like a watery serum however spreading it is easier than the thick creamy lotions I usually use. It soaks right into the skin and one is able to dress quickly post application, which makes applying lotion after a bath seem much less of a chore.”
