Now if we were designing a house/apartment/beach shack etc., we would have very strict priorities; plenty of skin care shelves, space for a beauty fridge the size of a normal one, and powerpoints positioned right next to all mirrors for our hair tools.
Because there's nothing more frustrating than going to sweep your straightener over your hair, only to realise that you're going to have to choose between giving your device the actual power to heat up and seeing what on Earth you're doing. Or in an even more upsetting scenario, going to plug your styler in, only to realise that there's no powerpoint in sight at all.
Now, however, we can ditch both that construction demand and the fury. Yep, you guessed it: the reign of cordless hair straighteners isn't dying down anytime soon. Because what's better than being able to style from anywhere; your car, the street, the beach; wherever calls for great hair?
They may not come cheap, but the results (and the relief when you remember you can use it anywhere, anytime) will be well worth it. After all, they say once you go cordless you can never go back. Or so we hear. Whoever 'they' are, we're sure their strands are silky...

Are cordless hair straighteners as good as regular ones?
If you’re looking for an on-the-go solution for styling your strands, then look no further than a cordless hair straightener. The ‘charge and go’ convenience is unparalleled. However it can come with some downsides. Ensuring your straightener is charged before running out the door is a major factor, with some picks taking a couple of hours to reach peak battery performance. But where there’s a downside, there are also plenty of upsides, with many featuring exactly what you already love about your corded straightener, just in a more convenient design. Plus, you can just pop your cordless pick in your handbag for throughout the day touchups.
