Here's how to workout like Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin

"And I look better than ever"

Content Producer / November 01 2024

If you ask us, Barbara Palvin is one of the most beautiful women alive. And TBH we're so not alone in that thought. After being scouted at just 13, she's grown into one of the most iconic Victoria's Secret models yet.

And not to mention, she's married to one half of our collective childhood crush (Dylan Sprouse ICYMI), which makes her our new idol. Add in the fact that she's stunning and goofy, and she's got us sold.

So, obviously after watching her walk in the Victoria's Secret show again we had to find out all about her workout routine. Here's everything we dug up!

Barbara Palvin's Diet and Exercise Routine

Exercise: Her fave exercise type?

Palvin's fave way to move her body is by doing yoga (a key core-strength moment), and hiking, which gets her spending time outside in fresh air (more on that in a min).

Exercise: How often does she work out?

So, it turns out that Sprouse is actually the fitness fanatic in the family. While he works out every single day Palvin told People that she's "trying to do better and do that with him, but I'm a little lazy".

If Palvin is lazy, we don't even want to know what we are!

Exercise: Her fave body part to workout

Because her schedule is so jam-packed, Palvin often finds it hard to make time to hit the gym, but "anytime [she] works out, [she] moves every body part" she tells People. Which works perfectly for her favourite kinds of exercise!

Wellbeing: Prioritising self-care

In case you somehow missed the whole 'hot girl walk' movement, getting fresh air is good for you, and Palvin is here to remind you. Speaking with Who What Wear, the stunning star has "realised that being outdoors is great for [her] mental health". So, now she "tries to go outside more", which fits in well with her love of hiking!

Diet: Couples that eat together, stay together

Palvin told Harper's Bazaar that in the lead up to their wedding, both herself and husband-to-be Dylan Sprouse turned to a Keto diet. For Palvin "it's a lot of things [she] love[s]", so the switch wasn't tricky. And of course, doing it together made all the difference.

And not only do they eat the same, but they also workout in their home gym together and hit the "good for your health" infrared sauna daily too.

Diet: Victoria's Secret Ready

In the world of Victoria's Secret models, we're pretty sure there have been a few not super healthy diets. Damn, Palvin raised her own hand to say the last time round on the catwalk she hadn't been eating the best. But speaking to Entertainment Tonight she gave the best clap back to their old world thought of 'indulging' after the show.

Because "this time around [she] was listening to [her] body so whatever [she] wanted to eat [she] ate it". Which left her looking (and feeling) "better than ever". And TBH, we couldn't agree more.
