Zoe Foster Blake shares her favourite glowy beauty products
The Glow Gods have blessed us today
Everyone’s favourite beauty mogul and aficionado, Zoe Foster Blake, has taken to Instagram to share the glowy and shimmery beauty products she’s been loving recently; and honestly, we don’t know what we did to receive such a blessing from the Glow Gods.
Introducing glow and shimmer into your beauty routine can be a little intimidating sometimes – too much shimmer and you can very quickly start to look like an eight-year-old at a school disco. But fret not, because Zoe’s recommendations are here to put all your fears to bed: “Like a lot of us, I like makeup that makes me look glowy and youthful but NOT 2001 shimmer: modern, grown-up shimmer”. Amen to that sister.
First up is Laura Mercier’s Foundation Primer Radiance, which she uses to get an all-over subtle sheen: “I apply a small amount all over the face on top of my SPF and before foundation/tinted moisturiser or mixed in with it.”
Next, Zoe opts for NARS Liquid Blush in the shade Torrid – a great multitasking product that can be used on cheeks and eyes, but be careful not to be too heavy-handed with this one, as Zoe explains, “Dabbed onto fleshy part of cheeks with fingers (a little goes a looooong way, almost three suburbs) as blush, or on lips (bit drying though) or even on eyelids for a wash of flushy pink”.
Her last recommendation is the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise Cream Shadow in Rose Gold, which is easy to apply and can be worn for a myriad of occasions. “Applied with a synthetic brush or fingers all the way over the eyelids. Dries down beautifully to be worn alone. I wear for fresh, daytime eyes or add brown shadow and liner for sexy-sexy PM eyes.”
Thank you, Zoe, for these recommendations – now excuse us while we buy all of the things.

Since then, her keen interest in fashion and beauty has landed her gigs as a Digital Content Producer and Beauty Editor with titles like Girlfriend, Refinery29, BEAUTYcrew and beautyheaven. She loves the way seemingly innocuous topics like skin care and style have the ability to put a smile on people’s faces or make them think about themselves a little differently. A big believer in self love and experimentation, Briar has made a point of becoming the Australian beauty industry’s unofficial guinea pig for unusual treatments and daring hair trends. When she’s not testing out the latest beauty launches, Briar is big on broadening her horizons, mostly in the form of food but she’s also partial to travelling to new destinations both near and far (and of course, allocating an extra bag to bring their best beauty offerings home with her).
