Everyone's favourite Bachelor 2019 contestant, Elly Miles, has opened up about the cosmetic procedures she underwent before going on the reality TV show in a new YouTube clip. Answering a fan's question about whether she's had breast implants, the 25-year-old nurse was refreshingly candid, saying: “Yes, I’ve had them done. I had them done - September 4, 2018.”
“Just over a year ago. The girls are one year old!” she added.
Elly went on to speak about having anti-wrinkle injections before The Bachelor revealing that her friends had been telling her to get it done on her frown lines since she was a teenager. “I got Botox just before going on because I could see in photos that I had four very distinct lines, and my makeup would set into it,” she explained, adding, “When I was 18 or 19, my friend who is a beauty therapist said to me, ‘You need Botox’, and I was like “F**k you, no I don’t” … and I did need Botox.”
Earlier this month, Elly posted an Instagram about the body confidence issues she's overcome since the season aired, writing that she "was feeling all kinds of sad and would look in the mirror and put myself down."
“It’s very easy in today’s society to get wrapped up in how your body should look and compare yourself to others. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have realistic goals!” she continued. "At the end of the day, a lot of us are so lucky to have a healthy, functioning body.”
“Changing my mindset has been the best thing I could’ve done for myself and my happiness in the last few months!,” she wrote beneath two mirror selfies in a bikini and lacy undies.
Former MAFS star Jessika Power has also been candid about talking about what cosmetic procedures she's had done, check out the story here.
