Philosophy Coconut Frosting Shampoo, Bath & Shower Gel

I love the philosophy range, and this product is no exception. It is a beautifully fragranced gel that makes shower/bath time just that little bit more enjoyable. It isn't the best shampoo I have ever used, I felt my roots were oilier slightly quicker than usual, but it cleaned the hair well and left it looking lush and smelling divine. As a shower gel it is amazing, it smells/feels great on the skin. The only downside is that this range is a little expensive, but I think they are great for presents and for those times when you just need to treat yourself.

I was given this as a gift and item my favourite shower gel ever! It smells like genuine coconut without being overpowering. It’s a gentle and creamy formulas that lathers really easily and leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth. It is a little pricey but I found I use less product a time in comparison to cheaper shower gels which don’t lather as easily, so I can totally justify the price! Will definitely be purchasing this when my current one runs out

Philosophy Coconut Frosting Shampoo, Bath & Shower Gel is a pure delight to use!  Did I mention I can't wait to jump in the shower or run a bath!  If you love coconut ice or anything with coconut, then you will become a huge fan of this gorgeous shower, hair and bath gel. Sweet and delicious, this gel can be used in the shower or int he bath.  It cleanses beautifully and will leave your skin feeling clean, soft and smelling a little coconutty all day.  For a more intensified coconut hit, wash your hair in the lovely gel, and your hair will smell gorgeous and be soft and lovely too. I love to use this gel also in the bath, it lathers up well, and the bubbles will relax you, and also leave your skin scented all night.   Your skin will feel soft and lovely, you may not feel the need to use any body lotion, as your skin will feel great.

Rich and creamy coconut dreaming - so good I cant stop sniffing myself!!! This all purpose scented body/hair wash is divine. A delightful way to start the day, soft bubbles of coconut that drench your skin and hair with moisture and tropical coconut. Easy to use,easy care packaging with a recipe to read on the front!  Smell delicious and feel scrumptious, good enough to eat actually - Yummo

Philosophy is a brand i have used for many years now...ever since Mecca Cosmetica sold the first product by them that i indulged in (the ‘Cinnamon Buns’ Christmas in a bottle shower gel). As summer approaches,coconut comes to mind as a "must wear" scent (visions of somewhere exotic and tropical...even if holidays are nowhere to be seen),and as i adore coconut anything due to the emotions it evokes,this is a must for all year round (middle of winter blues be gone..i am in the Whitsundays as far as i can smell...HAHAHA). As this is a little more in cost than your average supermarket buy, you may well ask "why would i get this" ? WELL.... It lathers wonderfully and leaves skin feeling clean and smelling sweet,it comes in a HUUUGE 500 ml bottle (that lasts for ever....a little foams up wonderfully on a shower puff), plus it seems to leave your bod feeling a little less "stripped" of moisture than typical cheap products (and a little bonus...the bottle makes for cute reading.Get it and see what i mean).The scent lingers long after you step out of the shower (and FYI,it is a lovely,genuine coconut scent....not a cheap smelling fake),does not divert from your chosen scent and it is suitable for the entire family. TIP:This is a massive bottle.....yes,but as it states,this can double as a shampoo as well.Decant a little into a smaller bottle to take on weekends away to save space AND weight,plus halve the products required (in a pinch,use to handwash undies or a cozzie).

I’ve tried a few different scents in Philosophy’s shower gel range and this one would probably be my second favourite (after their wonderful ‘Cinnamon Buns’ scent).   I love Philosophy’s skincare products but held off trying the shower gels for a long time due to the price. This is definitely a case of ‘you get what you pay for’ though as the quality is amazing and you do get a massive 480ml for the price.   Firstly, the scent. I find that many coconut scented products tend to smell overly sweet and artificial. Not so with this product. It has a lovely subtle coconut scent that’s quite true to life. I use this with a shower puff and, once it’s all lathered up, it makes the shower smell amazingly fragrant, making for quite a luxe showering experience. The only downside for me is that the wonderful scent doesn’t stay on the skin once rinsed and towelled off.   The lather of this shower gel is creamy and moisturising. Nothing worse than using some cheaper shower gels that feel like you’re showering with dish washing detergent! A little of this goes a long way. As it’s already quite a large bottle, this means that it lasts me a good three months or more with daily use.   This can also be used as a bubble bath and shampoo. I’ve never tried it as a shampoo but will occasionally use it as a bubble bath. You only need about a capful under running water to get some nice creamy foam that’s heavenly to lie back in and have a good soak.   All up, I love all of the Philosophy shower gels I’ve tried and this is in my top two. I highly recommend you give it a go, especially if you love the smell of coconut.

A tropical smelling body wash that smells exactly like coconut! It makes showering and washing up a lot more enjoyable with this deliciously scented body wash. It came in a white coloured bottle with black lid which made pouring the body wash out very easy and convenient.  On the bottle it says it can be used as a shampoo or for a bubble bath as well but I used it mostly as a body wash.  It lathered up nicely while leaving my skin feeling soft and clean.  Even after using it my skin still smelled of coconut.  As a shampoo it was good but I felt like it wasn't the best at giving my hair that clean feeling.

Awesome product...smells amazing and leaves my skin looking and feeling super smooth and soft!!
