I got this serum in a kit as a part of a natural instinct trial.
. My skin is oily to combo, mid aged and with big pores. Also have sun damage-pigmentation. Prone to dehydration too.
Warning: if your skin is prone to eczema be careful, this serum has high alcohol content. I had no issues with it.
The clear light weight serum comes in a glass pump bottle. Really luxe packaging. The serum did nothing in terms of my pigmentation, but it is stubborn and takes a very long time and high concentration of effective actives to make a difference. The serum was not hydrating (perhaps as it contains very high percentage of alcohol). Overall, this serum has made zero difference in my skin.

I used this serum for two months continuously day and night. It hydrates your skin well and after using it for few weeks I noticed my skin is quiet supple and plumped. I also noticed few of my scars have slightly faded. I used the whole range from natural instinct when I was trying this serum so not sure if the serum or other products helped to the fading of scars.
I used 2 bottles during the 2months as I finished the first bottle in a about 3 weeks . That’s my only complaint. However I didn’t keep using this range for a very long period as I keep trying new products but definitely saw a change when I used this so would recommend to others
Natural Instinct Plump and Renew serum gets a thumbs up from me. One pump is all I need. I wait just a few moments between toning and then using the serum and then just a few moments between using a moisturiser.
Ideally I would like to be using this morning and night, but most of the time, it is just part of my night time routine.
The fragrance is pleasant, there is no stinging or reaction which i associate with "plumping" of the skin.
A little sceptical of the percentages on the front of the bottle at first, but give it a try.
Coming into winter and cooler months, this will be part of my skincare moving forward to keep my skin from not being so dried out.
I am in 2 minds about this product. I feel like it definitely made a difference, your skin feels refreshed after using it, but I also felt it made my skin feel a little tight, which I associate with dry skin. Even though yes, the product did brighten or "plump" the skin after use, once I had finished the bottle I didn't feel the urge to go and repurchase it.
I knew this serum from the 6 weeks challenge from Natural instinct last year. This is one of an amazing serum that I have tried. It hydrates my skin before the moisturiser, you feel like you don't need more products. I wish the sizes is bigger, considering I use this day and night. It finished before 1 month.
I can feel the benefit after a week using it. Great serum and made from natural ingredients as well. My skin loves it!
I picked my first bottle of this serum up from chemist warehouse 6 months ago and have been using it ever since. I really enjoy the smell of this product and the texture feels lovely when I am applying it to my face. It’s really affordable and the packaging lasts the lifetime of the bottle (whoo! Finally). Only negative is I haven’t really noticed any difference to my skin from using it, though as I am only 23 it’s more a preventative to aging rather then a rewind for me so I can be forgiving.
Straight away I was attracted by the name of this serum - plump and renew. Who doesnt love that? so I was definately intrigued. The serum is easy to use, just a few drops are all that was needed. it spreads well and sinks straight in. I used this both morning and night before applying my moisturiser with great rresults. It did certainly plump and smooth my skin, I noticed the difference, and fine lines were diminished. Its not at all oily but does make skin feel a little tight after application, a healthy dose of moisturiser corrects that. I love that its all natural and free from the nasties that I hate and it helps that its Australian made, lets support that. It feels light to wear and has a pleasant scent and a big plus for me is that its great value for money. This is a great product, I really loved it and would recommend it.
I received this recently as part of the 6 week challenge Natural Instinct had.
The serum comes in a sturdy glass bottle with pump dispenser.
To use , I find less is more and 1 to 2 pumps is more than enough to cover the whole face.
Now,my skin is very sensitive to products containing alcohol and the first thing you notice when you put this on your face is the heavy scent of alcohol.
I tried to use this. I gave it a fair 2 week trial. I had to stop as it was drying my skin out a lot.
I continued to use the other products sent to me by this range but this serum was too strong for my sensitive skin. I think alcohol is actually the first ingredient on the list of this serum so can only assume it makes up the majority of the formula.
It may work well if using extra hydration after it but at the time I was just using the products sent to me and the camellia oil of the same brand was maybe not hydrating enough for use after this.
I hate to waste products but this one simply didn't work for me.
I must get the 'Guinea Pig' Award for trying almost anything new in Beauty..... I love the idea with NI products containing organic ingredients which not only good for skin but a saviour for nature. I am 49, and love any product which claims to firm & renew my skin. This product has done amazing things for my skin. I use 1-2 pumps morning and night and apply moisturiser after it has completely absorbed. I can't say it hydrates my skin, but it definitely makes it so smooth and a slight tight feeling to relish my day or night treatment.
Pros ~ affordable, user friendly, all skin types, results
Cons ~ could be larger to accommodate as a body serum :)
I love this product, I've been using it for about 8 weeks now. My skin feels hydrated, which has given it a more fresher glow. I apply it morning and night, it's got a fresh nice smell and make my skin feel more youthful. I am 42, and looking at my face it does seem to have reduced some of my fine lines, especially around the eye area. I would definitely purchase this product again.
The Natural Instincts Plump and Renew serum comes in an amber glass bottle with a pump and clear lid. This keeps the serum stable and contamination free when dispensing the serum. The label is NI signature pale yellow with red and brown lettering.
The serum is a lightweight texture and smells a bit like plants or herbs. Once applied the serum sinks and absorbs into my skin immediately without leaving any greasy residue. In fact, it feels like I'm not wearing anything which is great because I have to follow it up with a moisturiser a few minutes later anyways. My skin feels soft and smooth once I've applied the NI products and makeup glides on well without pilling or balling.
Natural Instinct is a plant based brand and this serum contains a powerful blend of hydrating, brightening, nourishing and antioxidants to help plump and renew the skin. Having applied it twice a day for over a couple of months I can say that my skin is smooth and more even than prior to switching to this brand. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking to switch to a more natural and organic brand and has the patience to wait for results because it is a little slow to show up.

I've always used actives in skincare so when an opportunity to try a more natural skincare brand presented itself, I thought why not?! The NI Plump & Renew serum comes in a amber coloured glass bottle with a pump to dispense the product. The dark coloured glass prevents sunlight from getting in and breaking down the product while the pump dispenser means not having to open the bottle and letting in air which can oxidise the serum. I like my skincare products to be fresh till the last drop so the stable packaging of this serum is impressive.
The serum is translucent beige in colour and lightweight in texture. It smells a bit funky-like celery. Im sure there are some for which the celery scent would be a deal breaker but knowing it comes from an ingredient or combination of ingredients in the product rather than a synthetic fragrance is ok by me. The scent disappears quickly into the air after application so you don't have to worry about smelling like a vegetable.
I take about three pumps for my face and neck and apply it in a gentle circular motion. The lightweight texture makes it easy to apply the serum and it absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. I love that the serum feels like I have nothing on because I have to layer a moisturiser over it and it would be too much if the serum was heavy.
I have been using the serum for a few weeks and haven't really seen any improvement yet but its a natural brand so without actives the results take a lot longer to show up. It's a more gentle approach to skincare and I will to use the entire bottle before making up my mind. The product is affordable which makes it great for experimenting with and figuring out whether the ingredients work for your skin or not.

I have been using this product for approx 4 weeks now in the evening and totally love how it makes my skin feel. Not too tight but enough to make my skin feel special. Not oily and not dry, just right. Great for mature age skin. I give it a total thumbs up.
I am on Day 3 of the #6weekskincarechallenge. I must say I am impressed by the Natural Instinct Plump & Renew Serum. Not only does it smell beautiful, my skin feels a little tighter when I apply it night and morning. It isn't oily like some serum brands I have previously used.
