Lancôme La Base Pro

I use foundation all the time and I’ve used a few primers and I’ve never managed to stay loyal to one brand until I tried Lancôme La Base Pro. This is the bomb, it applies to my skin effortlessly and creates a perfect smooth canvas for my foundation to go on. My face looks hydrated and my foundation looks like skin and not cakey thanks for this Lancôme La Base Pro. I absolutely love this and I have been using this ever since. Bit on the pricey side but for me it’s worth the money I spent because it makes my skin looks amazing.

If you want your foundation to last longer and still look as fresh as when you first apply it in the morning then the La Base Pro primer by Lancome is your answer. I am currently on my third bottle of this primer and when I finish this one I will be restocking it once again. I've used other primers that are great too, but I keep coming back to La Base as it fills my pores in, smooths any imperfections and creates the perfect base onto which I can apply my foundation and know that it will look flawless and last longer every time. This primer feels very light and makes my skin silky smooth as soon as I apply it. I only need around one pump to cover my entire face. The transparent pump bottle it comes in is great too - I only wish that all base related cosmetic products came in pump bottles. I love that it is oil free and suitable for all skin types. 

I’ll be honest I wasn’t a huge primer fan until I tried Lancôme La Base Pro. It sounds harsh but I just found them to be boring and just a bit gimmicky. To my surprise this clear boring gel has actually blown my socks off!   The gel is thick in consistency but magically disappears leaving my skin feeling silky, silky smooth and baby soft. Drum roll please…my huge pores even look smaller! I am actually loving this make up primer.     Pros: Creates the perfect canvas Streak free foundation application Long wearing You only need a tiny bit to cover all of your face   Cons: It still doesn’t look exciting but it works so who cares!   I would recommend Lancôme La Base Pro because it has really rocked my foundations!
