Lancome Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Concentrate

After reading the reviews for this I had to try it! Now that we are in the cooler months my skin has needed a boost of hydration and radiance. After cleansing my skin morning and night I press down onto the button is on top of the lid/dropper. It takes out the right amount of serum per application which I find easy for me as I don’t over or underuse the product. The serum is lightweight and has a mild scent, it absorbs really well and fast into my skin. The serum is white in colour, it isn’t sticky and doesn’t leave any residue making it very timely to move onto applying my moisturiser. After using this for the last month or so I’ve noticed a boost in hydration and a natural glow.

Before using the Lancome Advanced Genifique serum my skin appears tired, dull and lacked hydration, plumping and glow. In the morning after cleansing my skin and toning I pressed the easy press dropper which dispenses the perfect amount of the serum to the palms of my hands and then pressed it into my face. I then lightly massaged it into my skin until absorbed the serum absorbs really quickly but it does not dry out the skin. The serum is lightweight, cloudy white in colour which has a very light/mild scent and is non greasy which is a must for combination skin like mine this is a holy grail anti-aging serum to someone with skin like mine who finds a product that’s works for all including them. After using for the last four weeks and even after just the first 7 days I have noticed a improvement of my skins texture a smoother and more even skintone, fine lines and elasticity, and firmness while boosting radiance. I would highly recommend this serum from such a reputable brand to everyone I love that it can be used on all ages, skin types, and skin tones.

This lovely serum is a staple for me, one that I always turn to and add to my routine whenever I have an opportunity. It has become even more complex and targeted since I first started using it, with additional ingredients added to promote anti-ageing. There are no perfumes or scents to irritate the skin, just active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and pre and probiotics to protect the skin from inflammation and dryness. It still leaves my skin clear, bright and hydrated and I can tell that my skin benefits from this luxury skincare. Lancome also makes it just so easy to use this product, with a dropper that delivers a perfect dose of serum which can then be lightly tapped into my face, neck and decolletage - I am a believer in treating the decolletage as part of your face when delivering skin care and hope to prevent further damage after my years of neglect! As so many brands do not give much of an indication about the correct amount to use, this is a real bonus and I appreciate this extra detail. Of course, this is “investment skincare” - Advanced Genefique is very expensive and you will be paying over $170 for a 50 ml bottle. However, most Lancome lovers would agree that the results are worth the outlay, and having a great complexion is the first step to flawless make-up. For those whose budget does not run to full size Advanced Genefique? Fortunately, it does come in some smaller sizes so everyone has a chance to try luxury skincare!

I was excited to try the new Lancome Advanced Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate because Lancome products are known to deliver what they promise and my skin was in need of some serious pampering. Due to intense sleep deprivation (I have a brand new baby) my skin was starting to look dull and it seemed to me that I looked 10 years older than I actually was. That is why I was looking forward to testing the anti-ageing and younger-looking skin that this serum promised. The product is in a stylish glass bottle with a self-loading dropper - you can not get any more hygienic than this. There was never a worry about using too much or too little. The texture is a bit gel-like, but easy to apply and absorbs immediately. I applied it twice a day, after cleansing and before moisturising my skin by pressing the serum gently into the skin on my face and neck. After using this concentrate for close to a month, I can say that my skin appears more firm and radiant! Every time I use it I can see that my skin appears to be glowing. Would recommend it to everyone who is after younger-looking skin.

I absolutely adore this product. This is a really high quality luxe serum that delivers amazing results. I love an anti ageing product that delivers results and this is well worth the money. It’s packaged beautifully and is so easy to use, the automatic dispenser is brilliant and the dropper delivers just the right amount of product every time. I tend to use this just at night to make it last longer as it’s a little pricey and when I use it I notice a difference. It’s very hydrating yet light and comfortable on skin, it sinks straight in and my skin feels so soft and smooth instantly. The results speak for themselves, my skin looks brighter, fresher and more youthful, not as tired. It diminishes the appearance of fine lines brilliantly and also the appearance of pores. My skin feels softer and smoother and looks radian. I love it so much and highly recommend it

After a week of using this product, I could see a noticeable change. My skin was not as dull, it looked moisturised, and my pores weren’t as noticeable. I also noticed that the bags under my eyes had reduced, and didn’t look as puffy, as well as the fine smile lines. The serum is lightweight and absorbs into the skin quickly. I was only using once a day, but I’m sure if used twice, the results would be enhanced. The bottle is designed to be user friendly. The lid is the dropper with a pop up button to dispense the serum. There’s a mechanism inside, that when you unscrew the lid, the button on the top pops up and sucks up the serum, which you then push down to dispense. This is a fantastic idea as it means you get the same amount every use. The amount is enough to cover my full face, including my neck. I applied this serum before moisturising, for it to be fully absorbed into the skin This also meant that I could use less moisturiser as my skin was more hydrated and didn’t need to absorb as much. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with, was that I had to google how to use the product efficiently, as there are nothing on the box (that I could read).

I love this serum. It dries super fast and is not oily. It doesn't have a scent and doesn't irritate my skin. It has made my skin tone more even and also the texture is smoother and pores are not as large since using this. I didn't notice any change is the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles or any other changes. I am 32 years old. I would recommend this product if you would like smoother skin and an even skin tone. I found it also hydrates the skin too. The price is a bit high for what the product does but it it does last a while and you only need a few drops of the product. The dropper is self loading and dispenses the correct amount you need to use which I found excellent and helpful as the box didn't have any instructions and was in another language.

I started using this product earlier this year to brighten my skin and achieve a youthful look. I am only 26 years old but I am a mother of two toddlers so I am constantly tired which has affected my skin. I am always on the lookout for products that will give my skin a boost of glow, brightening and youthfullness. When I started using this product, I immediately started seeing a difference - my skin was no longer dull looking and I looked and felt younger. I was receiving compliments from everyone. My skin at the same time was breaking out like crazy with big, painful cystic acne. I had been 3 years acne free at this point as I have previously gone through multiple rounds of Accutane to clear my skin. I didn't think this product was the reason for my sudden acne reapperance - I just put it down to my hormones and the IUD I had just had inserted recently. 8 months later, I ran out of my second bottle and didn't repurchase for financial reasons. My skin suddenly started clearing up, and a month later I no longer had any cystic acne! WHAT?! This product unfortunately has fragrance in it, and even though my skin used to tolerate fragranced products really well, that has obviously now changed. I still can't believe the havoc this product wreaked on my face. I am left with lots of acne scarring and I am so disappointed that a product I loved so much ruined my skin. If you have sensitive skin, stay far away from any product that has fragrance, even if it is only a small amount.

This product feels fabulous on my skin and I use it every morning under my moisturiser. This bottle is absolutely beautiful BUT the packaging detailed usage instructions are missing. Four different languages on the box about the product but it wasn’t until I read the last line of the microscopic font it says ‘Use daily, morning and night, before using your regular skincare routine’. A QR code or instructions included inside the box will be more helpful. I ended up finding some information online. It said to dispense 3-4 drops to cover your face. Because I apply it to my face, neck and décolletage, I have to use half a tube (eye dropper). Great texture. Absorbs well into my skin without any residue. This product is Made in France at time of reviewing.

I love Lancome products so was super excited to receive new Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Concentrate for trial. I love the smell and consistency of the product as it is not too thick or too runny and easy to use due to automatic dispenser. It absolutely delivers what it is promising. After a few weeks of consistent use of this product I could see improvement in my skin tone, texture and my skin looks refreshed and hydrated. I am in my mid thirties and just started showing some signs of aging so including some anti aging products in my skin routine was a great idea. I use it twice a day in the morning and at night, apply it on clean skin and finishing off with my moisturiser in the morning and night cream at night so it was pretty simple for me to implement it in my daily routine. It is quite pricey as Lancome is a premium brand from lux range but it totally worth it as you use a small amount of product so the whole bottle will last for a while and I also want to point out that bottle size is quiote generous as well for this price. The packing is nice and luxurious and looks nice in the bathroom or bedside table. I will definitely purchase it in future as it is one of the key products of my daily routine now.

I received this serum for trial few weeks after I had just given birth to my daughter, when my skin was really dry! This serum definitely helps with improving my skin, it does what it says with great consistency, not too runny or too thick. It absorbs really well into my skin and feels instantly refreshing for the skin. Love the packaging it comes in as well as the easy to apply applicator, no mess and always the right amount! It does not come cheap given the brand but at least the product does work!

I use Lancome Genifique daily in the morning after using Lancome Clarifique Dual Essence and just before Lancome Visionaire. I allow for the serums and essence to dry and then apply a small amount of moisturizer. If using this layering regimen, use the products sparingly. I use the products all over the face including my lips and avoid the eye area. I have nil adverse reaction to Genifique. This product is amazing. Easy to use due to the automatic dispenser. Silky texture which glides on effortlessly.Instantly creates the perfect base for any make-up product or can be worn alone. Noticeable improvement in skin tone, clarity, dryness, dullness and plumpness in 1 week and subtle difference in fine lines and wrinkles in 3-4 weeks. This is the first time I have used the new Genifique with the added pro/prebiotic element, mostly noticed it was less drying, I highly recommend Genifique serum and will continue to use as part of my daily skin care routine.

I absolutely LOVE this face serum. The last formula a few years ago did wonders to my complexion but the newly upgraded formula feels as if my face is youthfully glowing without makeup on more so than the last formula. If you have a dryer feeling skin throughout the year, this product is for you. Here is what you need to know about the Genifique formula: *It is an Anti-aging face serum. If you haven't started using a serum on a daily basis especially this one, it is not too late to start! * There are actual probiotics in the formula. * You can literally tell the difference within 7 days... I can seriously agree to this! Hands down a great product at a great price point. 5 Stars from me!

My skin has never looked better. I am 39 and starting to show signs of aging fine lines and skin looking dull. I have been using this product twice a day morning and night straight after cleansing. My skin is looking youth full, hydrated, skin is even with no fine lines. I am blown away by this product. I love the applicator in the lid makes it mess free and so easy to know how much to use. I also has a nice click when doing the bottle back up very handy so no leaking. At first I thought I was very expensive and bit out of my league but its so worth it and I will be putting this product under my splurge account I don't think I can go with out it now.

This is an absolutely beautiful product, that lives up to its reputation. I applied this serum both morning and evening after cleansing, it glides on easily, without leaving a sticky residue that some serums tend to do. This worked great as a primer as well under my foundation which noticeably lasted longer than usual. Within a few days I received a few compliments on the glow of my skin, and I definitely noticed a reduction around my crows feet. Although this is an expensive product, I think that you are definitely getting your money’s worth, investing in my skin is so important and this product does it all for me.

What a beautiful product to use. Not only is the packaging simple but elegant it’s an easy applicator when applying the serum. I love that the consistency is not sticky but easy to apply and my skin breath. I actually use morning and night and have noticed a difference in my skin. My skin feels more dewy and smooth, which makes it easier for makeup application. Previous serums I’ve used have been gluggy and sticky whereas this concentration is extremely light. You don’t need to use much in one application which means this serum actually lasts a lot longer. Price point is on par for Lancôme and for the size I think it’s justified. Would highly recommend this product and would purchase again in the future.

I have used and loved Lancome products for years, so when I received this product, I had very high expectations of the product - and it did NOT disappoint! I have been using the Lancome Advanced Genifique every morning and night, after cleansing and before applying my moisturiser for a month. Within a week, I noticed my skin looked brighter and smoother. I wake up each morning after sleeping in the serum, and my skin looks more radiant and youthful! I also noticed that within the first week of using the serum, my overall skin texture had improved. I now have less little bumps on my skin, and my skin feels softer and smoother to touch. The product comes in a heavy glass bottle, and looks beautiful on my skincare counter. All in all, this product is amazing and I have seen real results in a short period of time. If you have a little extra money to spend on serum - I couldn't recommend this product enough!

The Lancome Advanced Genifique was a beautiful lightweight serum that i now include in my daily routine after being given the opportunity to trial this product through beauty crew. Feels so soft and subtle on the skin and can be worn under make up. I also used it on my chest and it's feels really nice on the skin, i often struggle with heavy or sticky serums or creams on my face and chest but this serum is far from that. ai highly recommend trying this serum and have seen a vast improvement in my aged chest, neck and face.

I am a fan of Lancôme products and I really enjoyed using this product on my skin. I love that I can use this product morning and night under my moisturiser. My skin was bright and hydrated in appearance, I didnt have any dryness from using this product regularly. I found the serum to be easy to apply, you really don't need alot and it comes conveniently packaged with a dropper to help with the amount you use. I would recommend this serum to anyone wanting a day and night serum, a youthful radiant skin without dryness and quick results.

I was lucky enough to be chosen for this product review. I have been using advanced genifique by Lancôme for about 4 weeks now and I'm so happy with the results! My skin is just more dewy looking and my skin tone seems more smooth and even. My skin overall seems brighter and happier and I will definitely continue to use this product and purchase once I've ran out.
