Designer Brands Invisible Lip Liner

This invisible lip liner is magic and I have finished two already. I love this invisible lip liner because I use it to primer and contour my lip any apply lipstick of my choice without needing to match the colour of the lip liner. I have dry lips and most lip pencils are too dry on my lips but this lip liner hydrates my lips and it helps to keep the lipstick in place. A must have in my makeup bag.

This is a little secret weapon of mine - it's a bit of a hidden gem really and I will buy it over and over again.   I use it a lot to disguise the sharpness of the fine and not-so-fine vertical lip lines that I have - this product helps to make the lines look much, much less obvious and it does it in just seconds - so it's fast and easy to use to create instant results.  It works for me by blurring the lines and it stays on surprisingly quite well too because it's made for the lip area.  To disguise vertical lip lines I simply run this lip liner all over the area just outside my natural lips - onto the areas where there is vertical lip lines.  It works like magic for me - instantly the vertical lip lines are dramatically diminished.  It's great to use before I go out somewhere where I want to look more pulled-together and I want my lip make-up to look better, last longer and I want my lips look younger.   I can use it to create a natural matte look by colouring in all of my lips with it.  I can use it on it's own like that or I can then put a lip colour over the top so as to use it like a lip primer.  It can make the colour appear more matte, depending on the lipstick, lip gloss or lipstain that is used, and makes it much longer lasting too.   When using this just on it's own, I can use it like an emergency matte-effect lip balm and it does make the lips feel protected and coated in a moisture barrier like a normal lip balm would.  This moisture barrier that it provides, moves easily with my lips and my lips feel hydrated, moisturised and protected from moisture loss.  It's great for protecting them from windy dry weather too.  It's a very handy product to keep in my handbag and I love how light and streamlined this product is compared to a normal sized lip balm product.  It is perfect to take in a small clutch or evening purse. I'm a fan of matte lips and this Invisible Lip Liner leaves an invisible film of matte product behind.  I can colour in my whole lip area with it, just do the outline of my lips or I can use it on my fine lines that exist just outside of my lip area.  It's no wonder Designer Brands have labelled this as "Your Secret Weapon" which is written in metallic bronze on the tube.   If using as a lip liner just to outline the lips, this Invisible Lip Liner will go with any lip colour on the planet because it really is an invisible 'colour'.  So it's well worth stashing one of these in your make-up kit because it will work perfectly to keep any lipstick contained within the defined area that you need it to.  I can highly recommend this product for anyone who uses lip colour or for those who just want to disguise some vertical lip lines beautifully. My best tip would be to do as the simple instructions say on the tube and that is to keep the lid on when you're not using it so that the product doesn't dry out.   This product has no scent and looks like a 'skin colour' as I wind it up out of the container but it goes on clear on the lips. In my view, this magical little lip liner is excellent value for money and is such a versatile product which can be used on the lips/around the lips in many various ways.

A few lipsticks, particularly a few reds have quite a bit of slip to them, so this liner keeps them where they should, and from feathering.
