Dermalogica MultiVitamin Power Recovery® Masque

I find my face really soft, smooth and bright after using this mask. It repairs the dry and broken skin instantly. However, I can't find any other specialties with this mask. I think it is a bit too expensive for little function. I still recommend people who needs instant skin recovery to use this mask. It works!!

This masque has a rich creamy texture and when it dries down it doesn't feel tight or dry on skin. I leave the masque on for 15 minutes then rinse off and my skin was just amazingly smooth. My face looked brightened with natural glow and the it remained radiant for a week and my skin didn't have any reaction at all. Initially I use it once a week but now that my skin condition is more stable and hydrated I use it once a fortnight now.

I was really excited to be given a deluxe sample of this face mask as a gift with purchase. I do like to pamper my skin with a nourishing and recovery mask. This one however disappointed me greatly. I do not usually get any reactions to any skin product, but this one caused an inflammatory reaction around my eyes. It was not anything serious, but my skin got red and very dry the next day. It was ok on the cheeks and forehead. I must say I wasn't a fan of a scent either. The consistency was nice, felt like a face cream, applied easily and did not slide off the face. The was no tingling either. I am not a fan though.

My skin was stressed and dry so I decided to give this mask a go. I applied it exactly as the directions said which is to a cleansed face and left it on for the 15 minutes. To me this mask has a pleasant but slightly medicinal smell. It’s not like a mask that sits on the skin and stays a certain colour but it’s more like a thick transparent cream once applied, that gets washed off with warm water after 10 to 15 minutes.  What I loved about it, is when I was washing my skin with the warm water I instantly felt that it was a lot smoother and softer. The next day it looked a bit brighter but why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the dry patches that I had on my skin were still there after using this mask, so it’s not a one use miracle. I must say that when I used it again it made my skin feel even more soft. I would recommend this product to someone that loves the Dermalogica AGE smart range as I think this mask probably works in conjunction with the rest of the range, as an extra boost.

This mask feels so soft and smooth on your skin- its like instant soothing and hydration. It goes on yellow but dont be intimidated as it is so amazing. Its like you can feel all the vitamin and goodies absorbing into your skin. Afterwards my skin glows and is so radiant. I use it twice a week and before Im heading out to a special occasion as it provides amazing skin-truely.

If I could have only one face mask this festive season, it is this one! This mask cures hangover. Well, at least it cures it on the outside. Had a big night and one too many pina colada? No worries! Pop this creamy, easy to spread mask on clean skin in the morning; 15 minutes later, my skin will suddenly look luminous again and I will look energised enough for that family gathering with the in-laws. If that 15 minutes of sleep in the morning is crucial, I will make this mask work while I sleep. All I need to do is to wipe off my makeup and slather a thick layer of the mask on my face before going to bed. It can be used overnight because the mask will not dry up at all. My pillowcase will turn orange, but my skin will glow. There are lots of hydrating and anti-aging masks in the market. However, this mask does both jobs. It is the "drink" that my skin needs when I have had too many dehydrating "drinks".  With a cocktail of vitamins A, B, C, E it is my best bet for skin recovery. I almost wish that this mask came in a form that I could ingest. The texture of this mask is very thick and a little can really go a long way. I have been using this mask for a few years and it is an important part (i.e. the SOS) of my skincare regimen. I have normal skin, but I have been recommending this mask to my friends with dry skin and combination skin and they all love it.

I've been using this mask for years and I love it. It smooths on as it's a creamy texture, and rather than drying it just sort of settles on your skin. I generally rinse mine off with a warm, soft face shammy afterwards and it feels so soft and hydrated. I love to try different skincare products and often fall for the "next big thing"... but this is one I always come back to.  It hydrates and nourishes without making my skin greasy or breaking me out. I have late 30's combo skin (a charming mix of dry areas and congestion-prone ones), and this is a lifesaver. A little goes a long way also, so it's good value for money. 

This is the best mask on the market that I have found for my skin, which is dry and super sensitive.  I've reacted to many masks in the past but this one, no matter how long I leave it on, only does good!  In fact the longer I leave it on (think 2 hours) the better the results.  I've had so many compliments on my skin the day after using this mask. It doesn't have a strong smell, which I like because it's not loaded with fragrance.  The product is fairly thick so it sticks on well.  A little bit goes a long way.  I've had my tube for a couple of years, used it quite often and still have a little left!  It's really hydrating and soothing, so I find my skin really moisturised after with redness reduced. This is a must product for anyone with sensitive dry skin.

I'm a little obsessed with face masks at the moment and have a variety of masks I use in rotation. I find reaching for Dermalogica's Multivitamin Power Recovery masque often and especially around this harsh winter season. My skin feels drier and tends to peel and flake easily and so a friend recommended this masque to me. This masque is like a thick buttercream coloured lotion. It smells mildly of medicine or something similar. I'm not too fond of the scent but it dissipates into the air once I put the mask on. i usually cleanse and tone my skin before applying a thick layer of this masque. I'll usually leave it on for a few hours or overnight for a more intense treatment. The masque has vitamins A, C, E and B5 hence the name multivitamin recovery masque. This masque is both hydrating and anti-aging.   I find that my skin looks glowy and radiant the next morning. The masque makes my skin look brighter and somehow plumper. I love using this masque both for its hydrating as well as its anti aging properties. I'll sometimes layer this masque over my usual moisturiser so extra hydration especially when I plan on having the masque on overnight.  The masque is on the pricer side but I love the results of this masque so I don't mind splurging. I highly recommend this masque for anyone looking for a little pick-me-up.  Pro  Hydrating  Anti aging  Intense overnight treatment 

I'm so glad that I added this product to my weekly routine. My skin gets so dry during winter so this has definitely been my most used hydration product. It has a creamy heavy texture when applied and a slight scent that's not too overpowering. I prefer this to other masks as it doesn't dry out/set while you're wearing it. It does take a while to remove as a prefer not to use a cloth but afterwards my skin feels so nourished. I've never had a reaction to this product and I will definitely keep this as part of my skincare regime.

This is a rich creamy masque with a slightly medicinal , vitamin like scent. I’m not exactly sure it’s right for my skin as it always stings slightly when applied –a reaction I normally get from some clay-based masques. Maybe that means it’s working… It doesn't result in any ongoing irritation and quickly dies down. It feels kind of cooling to my skin. It definitely feels like it’s assisting with moisture balance and plumps your skin up. I like it. I'm sure it does good things for my skin, but perhaps if the scent was slightly more attractive it would be nicer to keep on your skin for 10-15 minutes. I'm a sucker for slightly botanical but subtle scents. I fill say that it doesn't need to spread on super thickly to work and lasted me a really long time.

The Dermalogica Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque has been a vital part of my skin care routine for a couple of months now. It was recommended to me by one of their consultants after the skin mapping assessment. It is full of vitamins and antioxidants to combat environmental damage and promote healthy tissue regeneration. It also contains oat kernel to prevent inflammation, soothe and moisturise the skin. It is light in consistency and feels very soothing when applied to the skin. It doesn't dry it out either, even if you leave it for a bit longer than the recommended 10-15 minutes. The mask can make your skin appear more yellow during that time – but it's not a permanent change.  On removal it can feel somewhat greasy and I prefer to use a cloth soaked with warm water to get rid of the excess. It will take much longer if you rely on your hands only. The Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque has never caused me any redness or irritation. Instead, it always leaves the skin smooth, plump and glowing. It's  like an instant pick me up product, be it before a big event or simply when I feel like you need a boost. It may sound overly dramatic, but the mask does bring the life back to my face, making it more lustre and fresh after just one use. The results won't last forever, but you should be enjoying good skin for 2-3 days; longer, if you exfoliate well beforehand.

I love to masque up & have tried quite a few, by different brands. It takes a lot to get me excited, but this one, WOW!  The texture is quite thick & you just know that it's going to be so beneficial to your skin as it's absorbed, working its magic. The fragrance is a little stronger than I'd like, but it's only on for a specified amount of time & it's not at all offensive, so I (& my skin) literally suck it up. I feel a gentle "tingle" while it's on & it's quite heavy, which I love, knowing that it's busy doing its thing. My skin is quite dry & any product certainly has its work cut out to produce the results I hope to see & feel & this is one that leaves me feeling good about myself. My skin is left feeling silky smooth, well hydrated & loooking as though the clock has turned back just a little. There are no negatives that I can see & it would be good for anybody, but particularly for those like myself, who aren't getting any younger.

This is my absolute favourite mask - my holy grail mask - and there are just SO many reasons to brag about it. It is extremely soothing, hydrating, anti-ageing and even firming. It is packed full of vitamins which condition skin and assist with firming while other ingredients which work together to brighten the skin's appearance for a more youthful glow. I will use this mask for the rest of my life with no hesitation. The BEST masque in the world. As Victoria Beckham says it, this masque really is an 'ambulance in a tube'. Although I am only in my 20's this masque has helped to soothe red, inflamed skin, soften my face and neck and firm the skin too. The cocktail of vitamins plumps, brightens and refines the skin. It's amazing!

This a fantastic product that is a 'holy grail' product for me. I use this when my skin is dull and dehydrated needing a moisture boost. It is a thick, rich, yellow, cream like mask, a little goes a long way! It has a fresh/ creamy scent that is not offensive and easy to apply with fingers. I particularly love to use this as a overnight sleeping mask, I wake up with hydrated, glowing skin. I find this mask suitable for my combination, sensitive skin that is prone to redness. This is worth the investment, i will repurchase this every time I run out.
