COVERGIRL Outlast All-Day Lipcolour

I was a bit disappointed after purchasing COVERGIRL's Outlast All-Day Lipcolour. After regularly using Rimmel's version which stayed on all day and all through dinner, COVERGIRL's Outlast All-Day Lipcolour didn't stand up to the challenge, instead it flaked off after an hour or two. The colours are great, and the long lasting lipgloss is very moisturising, however, I prefer the double ended versions that some of the other brands make, as it allows me to ensure I have both components when I am packing my clutch.

Absolutely love the Covergirl lip colour set. Really nice shades; perfect for any occasion. I usually wear the cherry cordial shade, it's nice and light and not too bold. The best thing is it comes in a pack with the long lasting lipgloss and lip balm. I usually use the lip balm as a exfoliater for the lips. I leave the lip balm on for about 5mins; until it's absorbed. Then I grap a tissue and just scrub the lip to get all the dead skin off. Then I apply the lip colour let it sit for a few seconds/ until dry. Lastly apply the lip balm. Really good to use for work, so you don't have to touch up in the day, just apply the lip balm to keep the lips moist. Every colour for all Occassions. Would recommend it to all the people that are looking for lip colour that lasts a long time with fabulous colours to choose from and a reasonable price.

This is perfect for someone that doesn’t have time to reapply their lip stick throughout the day and needs something that is not going to budge.  First you apply the colour allow it to dry and then throughout the day you use the top coat to reapply a moisturising top layer as you need it. Which is great for people like me who hate the feeling of their lips being dry.  You need an oil based cleanser to melt this stuff off, as it is really really hard to remove any other way- once it’s on it’s on!  So if by some chance you do need to reapply this when I touched it up it looked a bit bumpy, so I’d recommend taking it off and starting all over again which is a bit of a pain in my eyes. 

I purchased Covergirl outlast all day lip colour because I really need a long lasting lipstick. I own shade Cinnamon Stick which is bold orange brown mix, ideal for medium skin tone. It comes in pack with two lippies ,one for colour and one for hydration, both are nicely presented. The tip of colour gloss is standard, feels soft on my lips and good for precise application too. The lip colours is well pigmented and one gentle swipe is enough to show intense colour. The formula of lip colour is between liquid and cream, it does not feel wet or sticky and apply smoothly on my lips. It provides full coverage with vibrant colour, and only takes few seconds to dry. Due to its rich texture, one coat is enough for one time application, so this little tube of lip colour last for months   The lip balm is also very moisturising, I apply it over lip colour. My lips feel soft and hydrated with this lip colour, even after hours of application they are soft. This lip colour does not highlight lines and dry patches of my lips.   This lipstick  is truly long lasting, it does not transfer at all, it stays on my lips with out smudging. Even after drinking and eating, it does not fade or bleed and perfectly stays on my lips. The lipstick shades are true to its colour, it looks intense on my naturally pigmented lips. On my lips it lasts for up to 7 hours with eating and drinking, I need to reapply lip balm occasionally because I have very dry lips. I need to remove it properly with make up remover at the end of the day.   I really like this lip colour because of it consistency and staying power. I highly recommended if for those who want long lasting vibrant colour. Those who have dry lips should exfoliate and moisturise them before applying this lip colour.  

I bought this lipstick based on its claim that it lasts all day and I am sick of lipsticks that are gone within the hour. After wearing this for hours I can say the claim is true. The colour stayed on for hours even after having coffee. It may need to be reapplied after eating a large meal or wiping it but otherwise the claim is true. the colour is rich and I would recommend it as its not a bad price either
