L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Mask

My favourite hair mask.I used this product 2 times a week it’s quite affordable too.My hair is sooo soft and easy to comb less tangle.Takes forever to finish to because i don’t wash my hair very often.Love the smell also i recommend this for sure .

This is undoubtedly my all time favorite deep conditioning mask.  i have tight small spiral curls that need extra and constant care. It can become easily knotted and dry if the correct product isn’t used. Trust me. It’s been a lifelong journey if not battle.  That being said, this mask is everything!  It’s thick and slightly oil like in consistency.  It’s mildly fragranced and upon close inspection, you’ll notice fine gold flecks that helps add the illusion of shine to the hair shaft.  It distributes evenly and saturates my shoulder length hair easily while still maintaining that thick and dense texture. Admittedly, that thick consistency adds to the feeling of it nourishing my hair and it being a treatment.  It rinses out easily leaving my hair feeling insanely soft and manageable as well as cared for.  The gold flecks that Ive previously mentioned are visible upon close inspection on dry hair and leaves the hair with a shine that I’ve never experienced before. In fact, I can see those flecks on my hands hours after having used the mask.  I’ve given my close friends a jar to try and every single one of them has said the same thing. Keeping in mind they all have very hair types. The unanimous reviews are that they’ve never felt their hair softer or look as shiny. It’s almost always half price at most retailers but at full price it’s still a must must must have and worth the price.  To my curly haired folk. This should be a staple in your hair care regime. 

I am in love with L'Oreal Elvive's Extraordinary Oil Mask! This is seriously a tub of hair goodness! I love using hair masks. I think they do the best job moisturising and softening my hair. And that's exactly how my hair feels since using this beautiful mask. This mask has an ultra creamy and thick consistency with a beautiful gold shimmer to it. It felt absolutely amazing massaging it into my hair. Not only did it feel good in my hair, it smelt amazing too! It was quite a noticeable scent but I really enjoyed it and this just enhanced the overall experience for me. I liked the tub packaging. It was easy just to scoop some product out with my fingers and this way, I can use every bit - so no wastage! It's a decent size too, so it will last me quite some time before I need to repurchase. I've been using this mask for about 2 weeks and my hair has completely changed. It is so much softer and it's not dull anymore. I can't believe the transformation of my hair in just a couple of uses!

One of the absolute best products from the L'Oreal hair care range! Smells like a delicious floral shea-butter. The product itself is thick and creamy and comes in a generous 300mL tub. I have been using mine for at least half a year and I'm barely halfway!  I like to use this product once a week in place of my conditioner. I'll run it through the ends of my hair and massage a smaller amount at my roots (as I find the product can be a bit heavy for my already-oily roots). I'll leave it for a few minutes or however long it takes me to shave or wash my body, before rinsing out. It leaves my hair feeling super soft and manageable afterwards. Doesn't leave it feeling oily or greasy unlike hot oil treatments with coconut or olive oil.  I love that it's super affordable too! This has been a total hair game-changer. I will definitely be re-purchasing this once I run out! 

An absolutely fantastic product. I first received this product as a free sample in a show bag about 2 years ago. At the time my hair was feeling very dry and worse for wear and I was contemplating chopping a large portion of it off to try and refresh my long hair. Because of my dry/dead hair I decided to try out the sample and I was blown away. Firstly the smell of this product is amazing! It actually smells like a lovely perfume and leaves your hair smelling delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the product as it rejuvenated my hair. The Nutri-ester technology within this formula has helped to protect my hair as it leaves a microscopic film on each fibre of hair to act as a top coat. As the tub says it also contains 6 flower oils which are what rejuvenate your hair these include: Rose oil to regenerate hair, lotus oil to soften, chamomile oil to soothe, tiara oil to purify, flax oil to illuminate, and sunflower oil for its antioxidant properties. This product is so affordable and has been a part of my hair care routine ever since I tried it.  2 years on and I still use this product every week.  When washing my hair I use my normal shampoo and conditioner, then I apply this hair mask to the dryer portions of my hair (typically the ends of my hair). As directed I let the product sit for 3-5 minutes and when rinsed out you should have silky soft and shiny hair.  If I am in a rush and don't have quite enough time to do that long and extensive process instead of using my regular shampoo and conditioner before hand I replace my conditioner with the hair mask.  Pros:  - Cheap, very affordable - Leaves hair, shiny, silky and soft - Protects and strengthens hair strands after washed out  - Leaves hair more manageable Cons:  - When the product is almost finished some of the formula will dry up and get stuck to the side of the tub - If any of the formula ends up on the shower floor and isn't rinsed away it will stick there and be very difficult to remove - The oil residue on left behind on your shower floor from the product after washing your hair will attract dirt and grime. I recommend using AJax Professional bathroom cleaner to get this off once you start seeing dirt buildup on the tiles.  I have very straight long dark hair that is relatively thick and this product works fantastically for my hair type. 

What a fantastic hair masque for under $10.00 - the quality is so good, it's very comparable to salon brand masques I've tried that cost 3 or 4 times as much. This comes in a generous 300mls size tub that has given me multiple uses over a few months and outstanding results.  I use this weekly instead of my regular conditioner, as an affordable treatment for my long, fine, coloured hair. The masque is a rich gold colour, has a delicious scent, and feels thick and luxurious.  Truly a joy to use.  I keep it away from my scalp and roots, instead concentrating on the mid lengths and ends that need the extra hydration.  I only need to leave it on for a few minutes, and once it's rinsed out, my hair feels so soft and silky.  It's also tangle-free, and so easy to style.  I love how it works on so many levels and consistently delivers results I'm delighted with.  Highly recommended.

This hair mask smells luxurious almost like a rich intense perfume and leaves my hair with a soft scent after use. I have been applying this mask onto my hair weekly or sometimes fortnightly and have noticed that my hair is softer, shinier and has a good gloss to it. My hair is also more manageable and easier to style after using this mask as part of my regular haircare routine. It keeps my hair feeling touchable soft, so much that I am always touching my hair to feel how soft it is! I highly recommend this affordable hair mask for anyone who wants soft hair and wants to nourish and keep their hair looking radiant!

One of the best budget hair masks on the market!! I have very dry, curly, thick hair and this masks did wonders to it!! You don't have to leave it on for very long for it to works and the results are fantastic!!! My hair was instantly smoother and softer and it definitely was more hydrated!!! It's a great budget masks for those not willing to spend big bucks on expensive products!!! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a really high quality hair mask!!

I was lucky enough to be gifted the entire Elvive Extraordinary Oil range a few months back. A little goes a long way with this product. It is thick, amber in colour and has a shimmery gold quality to it. The mask doesn't need to be on long to leave your hair looking its absolute best. I have used this when colouring my hair blonde from brown and then using harsh toner for an hour at a time with only this added later on and my hair has come out in mint condition which, anyone who has dyed their hair blonde will know, is almost impossible. This is a fantastic product if your hair just isn't looking itself lately.

I first tried the L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Mask in one of my MarieClaire The Parcel beauty subscription boxes and I'm so glad I did. Once I used this generous sample, I was immediately hooked and bought a full sized jar to pamper my hair on a regular basis. I have long, straight hair with some split ends and I would say it's in fair condition. I do heat style my hair occasionally so I have some minor damage, I suffer from hair breakages and my locks generally lacks volume and is dull and lack lustre. The L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Mask smells amazing, it's so thick and luscious. After shampooing my hair, I apply a generous dollop of hair mask and work it into my damp hair starting from the ends to my scalp. I usually leave it in for a couple minutes then rinse it out throughly. I can't believe the difference that this has made to my hair. It's so shiny, soft and more manageable. I find my hair being less tangled, which is fantastic as it means it's not as knotty and there's less breakage! This hair mask is so affordable, I love the fragrance and most of all I love the way it makes my hair look and feel, it  looks so healthy and glossy and feels stronger.  I usually use this once a week to pamper and give my hair an intense treatment.  I love that It's so hydrating without making my hair limp and flat. I can highly recommend this hair mask and I can say, it's the best I've used and great value for money!

I love the look of this product. when you open the jar it consists of a beautifully thick liquid gold cream that feels luxurious and rich to touch. The floral scents that emanate from the tub are sublime. They fill up the bathroom with a extraordinary feeling of passion and comfort.  The Loreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil Mask is rich and nourishing on the hair which is wonderful for my colour and heat damaged hair. the product absorbs into the hair follicles super fast so there is no need to even get out of the shower. it continually helps to hydrate my hair and protect it from any harsh free radicles of the environment. My hair feels healthier, stronger and more luxurious after using this product. My only one negative is that i wish it came in a tube as i always seem to get water in the jar, no matter how careful I am.

This pot of rich, yellow cream with a floral aroma was like liquid gold.  My severely dry and damaged hair just soaked the cream right up.  My once dull and lifeless hair was shiny, healthy and moisturised in a span of several minutes.  My frayed ends were now soft, the frizz that used to pop up all over my head was now smoothed out. It honestly couldn't have been easier.  I use it as little or as much as I want during the week.  Whether it's for everyday conditioning or a once a week intensive treatment.  Having great hair should be accessible to all.  For those that work full time, are multi tasking mums, students or just straight up impatient, this hair mask will be the easiest part of your haircare routine.

The L'oreal Elvive oil mask is quick, hydrating and just what my hair needs! It comes in a giant tub filled with the floral smelling, creamy hair mask.  I apply the product to the middle and ends of my hair, leaving it in for at least five minutes and then washing it out.  My hair goes through a lot of stress with the cold weather, heat damage and styling so sometimes it needs some serious nourishment and protection to keep it healthy and strong.  After just several uses my hair looks and feels smooth.  It gives my hair added shine and makes my hair more manageable.
